In our first session, we will complete brief introductions, explore the challenges that you would like help with, your goals for therapy, and what you are hoping to achieve in our work together.
I have overcome a lot and I have faced both anxiety and depression in my own life. Therefore, I believe my strengths tend to focus on assisting individuals with depression, anxiety, and trauma because I know what it feels like on a personal level.
I'm best positioned to serve clients that experience anxiety, depression, and those that may have trauma.
I have completed roughly 1500 hours of advanced training and supervision with experienced licensed professionals trained in CBT.
I have completed roughly 1000 hours of advanced training and supervision with experienced existential therapists. Existential therapy focuses on free will, self-determination, and the search for meaning—often centering on you rather than on the symptom. The approach emphasizes your capacity to make rational choices and to develop to your maximum potential.
