I have overcome a lot and I have faced both anxiety and depression in my own life. Therefore, I believe my strengths tend to focus on assisting individuals with depression, anxiety, and trauma because I know what it feels like on a personal level.
I'm best positioned to serve clients that experience anxiety, depression, and those that may have trauma.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I have completed roughly 1500 hours of advanced training and supervision with experienced licensed professionals trained in CBT.
Existential
I have completed roughly 1000 hours of advanced training and supervision with experienced existential therapists. Existential therapy focuses on free will, self-determination, and the search for meaning—often centering on you rather than on the symptom. The approach emphasizes your capacity to make rational choices and to develop to your maximum potential.
Person-centered (Rogerian)
I believe the most important part of therapy, is the relationship you have with your therapist. Do you feel a connection? Is there a vibe? That's important to me when I'm looking for a therapist. If you don't feel like you can connect with them, it doesn't really matter what skills or strategies are discussed. The relationship is the healing nature of therapist-client dynamics. What you will get from me, is an atmosphere of safety and trust through my own vulnerability in session with you. I try to be as relatable as possible with clients so that you know you are talking to a human being who is flawed, makes mistakes and is in his own process of growing.
