Hello! My name is LaTangra. I am a Licensed Mental Health Provider with Addiction, Family Medicine, and Psychiatric Nursing certification. I enjoy helping others meet their fullest potential and teaching others from any age group. I have worked in the mental health profession for over twenty years. I understand that depression, anxiety and other symptoms can stop individuals from meeting their goals without proper intervention. I will meet you where you are and assist you in achieving your fullest potential and dreams one session at a time, using compassion, empathy, and evidence-based practices.'' I celebrate with you!
During the first session, we will learn a little about each other, talk about perceived barriers and obtain a treatment plan together to meet your needs.
I can rave about my academic achievements, as there are many. I have spent a lifetime learning, and I learn every day and share what I have learned to help others. My biggest strengths are listening and empathy. One writer stated, "People do not know how much you know until they know how much that you care." I know, and "I care." I also provide Faith based counseling to those who would like to incorporate that into their treatment plan.
