Nice to meet you, I am Jackson. I’m a therapist whose journey to this work began behind the bar, where I learned the art of truly listening and connecting with people from all walks of life. My clients often tell me that talking with me feels like catching up with a good friend—comfortable and real—while also knowing they’re in the hands of someone clinically grounded and thoughtful. I draw from psychodynamic and relational approaches, always emphasizing the importance of genuine human connection in the healing process. I’m trauma-informed and bring my own lived experiences into the room, helping clients feel seen and understood without judgment. My lifelong commitment to health and wellness—including earning a black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, surfing, and practicing yoga—deepens the mind-body awareness I bring to my work and has been pivotal on my own path. Whether we’re unpacking the past or navigating the present, I strive to create a space that is compassionate, authentic, and attuned to your whole self.

You’ve done the work, built the career, pushed yourself to grow, and yet, something still feels off. You might feel disconnected, distracted, or stuck in patterns you can’t quite explain. It’s not weakness, it’s your mind and body asking for something deeper. I work with professionals who want more than just coping strategies. My clients are ready to understand themselves, build resilience, and create lasting change, from the inside out. Whether it’s unresolved trauma or ADHD that’s been flying under the radar, we’ll identify the root causes and help you regain focus, control, and confidence. With over 12 years of clinical experience, I’m a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) and ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP), trained in EMDR and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). I combine evidence-based methods with a grounded, goal-oriented approach that meets you where you are, and challenges you to grow. Therapy isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about becoming more of who you already are, strong, capable, and clear. If you’re ready to stop feeling like an imposter and start living like yourself again, schedule an intake session today. Let’s build the foundation for lasting strength and calm.

My name is David Patrick, LCSW. I have 14 years of experience dealing with a wide array of topics that bring people to therapy. I view the therapeutic relationship as a partnership. I see myself and my clients as friends on a journey of discovery about themselves. I do not lead, nor allow myself to be led, I believe we are equals. I listen intently and make suggestions and sometimes assign homework when appropriate. Remember, there are 168 hours in a typical week, and most people only see their therapist for one hour, leaving 167 hours outside the weekly session to practice and explore questions and see if the new results are present. I see us as equals and occasionally I will make suggestions, but ultimately this is a time of discovery for the individual and it is a privilege to walk alongside you on your journey.

My name is Oswaldo “Oz” Castro, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with extensive experience supporting individuals across a wide range of needs and life stages. My passion as a therapist is helping people find hope, healing, and practical tools to move forward. I began my career in neurofeedback, spending 7 years working with children, adolescents, and adults with ADHD, autism, sleep difficulties, anxiety, depression, and other neurodivergent experiences. I later gained 5 years of experience at a drug rehabilitation facility, supporting individuals on their recovery journey from substance use. From there, I spent 2 years at a survivor’s center, helping individuals heal from domestic violence, violent crimes, and grief. During this time, I also worked closely with the LGBTQIA+ community, including facilitating groups for individuals of the trans experience. I also worked for 5 years with children and adolescents transitioning out of a Baker Act and receiving sometimes getting into therapy for the first time, which gave me extensive experience in crisis intervention, family systems, and the importance of providing stability and hope during vulnerable times. Most recently, for the past 3 years, I have been serving clients through the Grow Therapy, where I’ve had the privilege of reaching individuals who previously struggled to access care or find a therapeutic connection locally. This work has strengthened my belief that therapy should be accessible, collaborative, and tailored to each person’s unique story. If you’re seeking a therapist who will meet you with empathy, understanding, and practical support, I would be honored to work alongside you. Hey, I'm Matt. Life may not offer a lot of certainty, but one thing is for sure: everyone struggles sometimes. You might feel like you struggle MOST of the time. I’d like to counter that notion with the belief that embracing those struggles can be the key to overcoming them. To be clear, embracing our struggles doesn’t mean they simply disappear, but I believe we can learn to acknowledge and manage them in a way that will allow us to feel more empowered and prepared to face them. When we live with anxiety and depression, it makes sense that we would want a permanent fix, but I believe that expectation too often leads to feelings of hopelessness simply because that’s not how anxiety and depression work. What if, instead of waiting for them to magically disappear, we learned to acknowledge those feelings and used our own unique experiences with them to get ourselves through the struggles? If you are struggling, I’d like to offer a safe space for you to talk it out and hopefully come away with a different perspective on your ability to manage your anxiety and/or depression. I might point out a turn here and there, but you’ll do the driving!

I want to guide clients in developing positive changes in their life, so they feel better and healthier, emotionally. Thank you for considering me as your personal mental health therapist and emotions coach. Over the last few years, we have collectively endured traumatic, distressing, and challenging times that have reshaped how we view the world and how we choose to move forward within it. For many, this has meant clinging to familiar beliefs for comfort. For others, the weight of trauma, hopelessness, and fatigue has left them feeling stuck, unable to access their inner strengths or resilience. I believe that in those moments, we all need someone to help guide us back from the darkness into the light. I want to be that beacon of light for you. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional with more than 15 years of counseling experience and over 20 years of serving families. My treatment philosophy is rooted in the belief that every individual has strengths that can be nurtured to foster healing and growth. By combining psychotherapy and clinical social work theories within a strength-based model, I help clients build coping strategies, discover new tools, and reclaim their sense of well-being. Our work together will focus on developing a trusting, supportive, and confidential therapeutic relationship—one that is grounded in empathy, respect, and validation, without pity or blame. My practice integrates Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Focused Therapy, and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, all within a behavioral change framework. These approaches allow me to tailor therapy to your unique needs, helping you move forward with resilience, clarity, and hope. Healing is a journey, and you don’t have to walk it alone. My role is to walk beside you, providing guidance, insight, and encouragement as you rediscover your strength and reclaim your light.

My name is John A. Llauget. I hold a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology from Stephen F. Austin State University and an Educational Specialist Degree in Counseling from University of South Florida. My career in mental health in 1977 working in a psychiatric hospital; and later as a outpatient therapist in a community mental health center working with children, adolescents, families, and adults. I was licensed in Florida in 1986 as a Mental Health Counselor and have maintained my license since that date. Also I have worked as an employee assistance counselor, school counselor, associate professor at an international university, and court evaluator for guardianship cases. For 20 years I worked as a cancer counselor with oncology clients helping them cope with illness, stress, and emotional distress. Additionally I have maintained a practice and interest in Traditional Okinawan Uechi-Ryu, earning a Masters rank in that system of training. I have used martial training with children & adolescents to develop self-control and self esteem. Later when I began working with an elderly population and clients dealing with physical limitations, I taught Qigong and Mindfulness Meditation as a way to improve their health, well-being, and cope with stress. My therapeutic style centers around getting to know a client, develop trust, and talking more explicitly about issues before making any recommendations. I am a strong advocate of evidence-based treatments and teaching ‘tools’ to cope with stress and emotional difficulties. I have gained training in trauma treatment because we now know that it is prevalent in our life experiences. I value compassion, persistence, and patience in working towards change. I look forward to working with you. I also value your time and want to use it productively in assisting you to reach your therapeutic goals.

Clients my training and background would most benefit are those experiencing difficulty in their relationships with their children, parents, spouses, co-workers or other significant people in their lives; those whose anxiety or depression is holding them back, and those who are willing to work to reach their true potential. I earned my MSW from the University of Illinois at Chicago concentrating in mental health and have helped people in complicated and difficult situations ever since.

Since becoming a counselor, I have worked in a variety of community counseling settings. I have worked with clients from ages 3 through 80 and with individuals, couples, and families. With that breadth of experience, very little shocks or surprises me and I have gotten a pretty good sense of where the types of counseling that play to my strengths as a counselor overlap with the types of counseling that are helpful for my clients. This sense (along with learning about lots and lots of research into what helps people find and maintain mental health) has led to the following guiding principles that shape all the counseling I do: 1) The client is always in charge. I know a lot of things but you will always be the one who decides what you want to get out of counseling, how we work towards that goal, whether or not what we’re doing seems to be working, and when we’re done. 2) Change and health happen through relationships. No matter what you come in for, there are always relational implications of change and relational factors that contribute to whatever it is that you came to counseling to change. 3) Counseling should be efficient. Counseling has significant costs in time and money. I think the benefits far outweigh the costs but if I can give you the benefits while helping you save on the costs then I want to do that.

Trained as a psychologist (Ph.D. from Cornell University). Some 20 years later I earned a second graduate degree in Marriage & Family Therapy. I am a fully licensed therapist in the State of Florida. I have taught psychology at Princeton, Tulane, Cornell, and Harvard Medical School. We will spend most of our time creating solutions, instead of analyzing problems. So often, therapy gets bogged down in the endless exploration of problems. Problems are the results of behaviors that didn't work for you in the past. Solutions flow from changes that will work for you starting right now. Solutions make your life better. They bring joy and peace to your life.
