Many come to therapy for social anxiety because of childhood trauma and how it has manifested in their adult lives. Many clients gain insight into their disorders through reading my books and identifying a list of issues to work on in therapy. Hypnotherapy is extremely valuable and I ask clients to record the sessions to listen to the recording every day. This reinforces positive messages to improve self-esteem, reduce anxiety, stress and depression and identify relevant issues on a subconscious level.
