I have been in the mental health field since 2012. I received her Masters degree in Family Therapy from Nova Southeastern University. I have worked with adults, adolescents, children, and their families in both the Miami-Dade and Broward County School settings as well as adults and adolescents throughout the state of Florida in home, clinic and telehealth settings. I am passionate about a healthy family system being at the utmost importance to allow an individual to live a fulfilled and well balanced lifestyle. Whereas many clients may find it helpful to include Antidepressant/Antianxiety medications, it has been my experience that medications alone are less effective and are often supported by Counseling Intervention with a Professional Counselor.
