(she/her)
I am a LMHC in Florida, graduate from Seton Hall University in New Jersey where I obtained both my Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Master of Education in Counseling Psychology. I have worked in the field of Mental Health and Human Services for over twenty years. During this time, I've had the opportunity to interact with individuals in various places along life's journey. I have had the privilege of working with culturally, economically and ethically diverse individuals. As a practical, interactive, solution focused counselor, my approach is to provide support, with insight and feedback to assist you with your current concerns, while also addressing persistent issues in the past. My overall desire is to provide you with an emotional and physical space where you will feel seen and heard. Therapy can be emotionally demanding but can also be life transforming. I welcome being a part of your healing process!
I am conversational, use humor when appropriate, and truly do have an interest in every person I work with.
