First session
In our first session together we will get to know each other in a safe and confidential environment. An initial assessment will be completed and encouragement and support will be provided to discuss thoughts and feelings that brought you to therapy. Together will develop and initial plan to begin working towards positive change and growth.

As a therapist I have developed strong assessment and clinical skills that ultimately benefit my clients in achieving their overall goals and well being. I am very passionate about helping my clients and see them thriving in their lives.

I love working with individuals who are experiencing life transitions and required guidance to navigate those changes in a positive manner. Addittionally, I have a vast experience with adolescents and young adults who are in the process of figuring out their life's path.
