I am a client centered therapist who utilizes evidenced based, cognitive- behavioral, and mindfulness approaches in order to engage one's body, mind, and spirit for an integrated approach to wellness. Ms. Eleanor seemed very open-minded and was definitely very patient with me while I explained my PTSD symptoms and origination story. (While occasionally bursting into tears, I might add!) I look forward to working with her as this was my first session!
