Hello! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) based in sunny Florida! I received my master’s degree from the University of South Florida and have been licensed and practicing for 30 years. I treat a wide array of areas, including anxiety, depression, substance use, parent-child relationships, self-esteem, life skills, and grief. I have worked with all ages, from 5-year-olds and beyond. I am a certified provider specializing in trauma, life skills, grief, ADHD, and dementia. I use a client-centered and collaborative approach. As we work together, you will find that a major focus is on building a strong therapeutic relationship where you feel supported and understood. I am empathetic, nonjudgmental, and a great listener. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), a structured, goal-oriented therapy that encourages you to focus on current problems and find solutions, rather than dwelling on the past. This approach allows you to manage mental health conditions and emotional concerns by identifying and changing unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors. I look forward to working together, problem-solving, and helping you feel like yourself again!

If you can read this, you made the first step. Congratulations. Seeking therapy is hard. Most people delay and tell themselves that whatever they are experiencing must be the way life is. Chances are if you have reached the point to begin exploring therapy, counseling can help make your life better. While therapy is often hard, it can be an enjoyable and uplifting experience as well. I believe that you cannot laugh without a combination of insight and relief. You can expect some humor in most sessions. I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor for over 20 years. In that time I have worked with men, women, teens, and families on a wide variety of issues. Sometimes that work simply involved helping them through a particular incident or life change that overwhelmed them. Other times our work together centered around longstanding issues of depression, anxiety, trauma, and addiction. In addition to traditional cognitive behavioral therapy, I also offer a fourth-wave therapy, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). I have found this technique to be highly effective in helping people with trauma and or anxiety. Our minds and bodies are connected. Anyone who has experienced a tight neck and shoulders or an upset stomach when they were stressed knows this. EFT uses acupressure (done by the client) and cognitive interventions to provide fast and effective relief. With over 20 years of clinical experience, I am ready to help you through the challenges you are facing. In addition to counseling, I also provide vocational testing, coaching, and consulting. I provide both Christian and secular counseling depending on the needs of my clients. For clients with high level confidentiality concerns due to corporate or clearance issues, there are ways we can do EFT without you ever speaking out loud about events.

Thank you for sharing information about yourself. I'm so happy that you reached out for help. I am Michael Creech, a licensed therapist. My goal is to meet you where you are by bringing a compassionate approach backed by formal training and experience and be a part of your goals in the change process. I am very personable as well as professional and I do not believe in one-sided relationships. I have a multidisciplinary, eclectic approach to therapy in which I utilize techniques and principles from a variety of modalities to include Christian based. My counseling is geared toward treating the whole person from a biopsychosocial spiritual standpoint. I view counseling as a calling and not as a career and that it is a collaborative effort in which I learn and grow as a result of every interaction. My clients describe me as a “good listener” and as someone who “makes me think”. Some of the experiences that have contributed to my professional identity and approach to mental health treatment are my formal education at Pensacola Christian College where I received a BA in Pastoral Ministry and Liberty University where I received a MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have worked as a therapist under regulatory agencies for 6 years and have worked in Christian Ministry since my ministerial ordination in 2003. Demographics I have served have included inpatient and outpatient care, private practice, substance abuse issues, psychotic spectrum disorders, gender identity issues, personality disorders, sex addiction, family and relationship issues, depression, anxiety, PTSD, Spirituality, and men’s issues. My experiences as a combat military veteran, teacher, father, husband, and a person who has experienced my own traumas and failures have contributed to my professional development. I look forward to getting to know you!

Hey there ! I completed graduate course work in Human Development and Psychology at Harvard University, focusing primarily on challenges faced by the LGBTQ community, in relationships and in society as a whole. I have a Masters Degree in Mental Health from Cambridge College in Cambridge Massachusetts. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and a Master Certified Addiction Professional (MCAP) in the State of Florida, practicing as a psychotherapist for over 15 years. While I have been trained in many different styles and “theories,” my helping approach is fairly straight forward and draws on many different traditions: In my view, there is no doubt that what we have experienced in the past shapes who we are and how we see ourselves, others and the world. Therapy is a process of connecting the dots between where we have been and how those experiences influence our thinking and behavior today. Often, our past experiences have us thinking and acting in ways that are irrational and self-defeating, causing problems in all areas of our lives. I provide a safe, non-judgmental, and unconditionally supportive space for folks to share who they are and what they have been through. I partner with them in taking what we might call a “therapeutic microscope” to the thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that accompany the circumstances of their lives, supporting them in reinforcing what works and finding alternatives to what does not.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, families, and groups from diverse cultural, economic, and ethnic backgrounds. My career has taken me across the U.S. and abroad—including New York City, California, and Dublin, Ireland—giving me a broad perspective on the many ways people navigate life’s challenges. Currently, I provide tele-therapy sessions through a HIPAA-compliant platform. Many of my clients have found this format especially helpful in balancing therapy with their busy or unpredictable schedules. My areas of expertise include working with issues related to gender identity, sexuality, and non-traditional relationships (including polyamory and open relationships). I also bring both clinical expertise and personal insight into the challenges that arise in connection with personality disorders such as Narcissistic, Borderline, Avoidant, and Antisocial Personality Disorders. In particular, I help clients process and heal from the emotional trauma that often accompanies relationships impacted by these dynamics. My approach is collaborative, non-judgmental, and grounded in respect for each person’s unique experience. Whether you are seeking support around identity, relationships, or recovery from difficult past experiences, I provide a safe and affirming space where growth and healing are possible. Outside of my work as a therapist, I find joy in activities that keep me grounded and creative. I love traveling and exploring new places, tending to my garden, playing the piano, working out, and cooking. I also have a passion for interior design and creating welcoming spaces. Most importantly, I value quality time with my family, friends, and my dog, Batman, who always manages to bring a smile to my day.

Hi there, I’m Lory. Are you constantly second-guessing yourself in relationships? Do you feel like you’re repeating the same painful cycles, no matter how hard you try to break them? Are childhood wounds or past experiences still affecting how you show up for yourself and others? If so, you’re not alone and you don’t have to navigate it alone either. I help teens, Gen Z and millennial women heal from childhood trauma and relationship struggles so they can experience emotional clarity, healthier connections, and lasting growth. My personal life experiences make me deeply empathetic, and I feel honored to walk alongside people in their healing journeys. My goal as your therapist is to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where we can explore your challenges together, learn new ways to cope, set realistic goals, and build on your strengths. And if faith is important to you, I’m happy to incorporate Christian principles and spiritual guidance into our work—helping you grow emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. You deserve to live a healthier, more peaceful life and I’d be honored to support you on that path.

About Me Hi, friend — I’m Shawn, a Licensed Professional Counselor who helps people heal from the inside out through trauma-informed, mindfulness-based, and motivational therapy. I believe therapy should feel like a steady hand and a safe porch — a place to rest, reflect, and rebuild. Whether you’re untangling the impact of trauma, struggling with anxiety, or just feeling disconnected from yourself, my goal is to help you rediscover peace, purpose, and confidence in your life. My Approach My work is guided by compassion, grounded in neuroscience, and built on practical tools for real change. I combine: Trauma Therapy – to help you process and release the weight of past experiences safely and gently. Mindfulness Practices – to reconnect body and mind, quiet racing thoughts, and bring calm awareness to the present moment. Motivational Therapy – to strengthen your sense of direction, boost confidence, and help you move from stuck to steady. Each session is tailored to your needs — a balance of reflection, insight, and action. Together, we’ll work to build resilience, restore hope, and create new patterns that align with the life you want to live.

Hello, my name is Angie, and I would be honored to hear your story and experiences. As a social worker, I have a strong ability to connect with people and quickly build rapport. I have been working in the field for 11 years and have been a LICSW since 2021. I believe it's important to engage actively in therapy and put in the necessary effort to make changes that will help you reach your goals. I often use humor and seem to have the ability to make people feel like they are talking to a friend...albeit a friend that is very honest, sometimes sarcastic, can challenge you, accept you, fight for you, and sometimes make you mad. Thankfully, it's all part of the process of making sustainable changes! I attended training to work specifically with law enforcement, veterans, and other first responders. I was an embedded social worker in a MN police department for 3 years. I utilize different therapeutic modalities depending on your individual needs. Some examples include: Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I pride myself in delivering non-judgmental, empathetic, individualized services to ensure the therapy experience is created for you.

I am a License Mental Health Counselor in New York and Florida that works with marital counseling clients and those experiencing relationship issues and who are struggling with their sense of self confidence. My ideal client is someone who is committed to the process of self-introspection and wants to be held accountable to reach their goals. I specialize in counseling women and men on self-esteem, worth & actualization. I also support clients affected by bullying, narcissistic abuse as well as those dealing with complicated grief. As your therapist, I will assist you in discovering or uncovering yourself. This might mean realizing some difficult truths about your personality and behavior patterns, tapping into your strengths, and identifying what coping skills work for you. Or, it might mean working through emotional pain, trauma, or barriers that prevent you from being your best self. In my years of experience, I have found that once a person’s authentic identity has been discovered through therapy, clients can accept who they are, confidently speak up for themselves and understand themselves with greater perspective. Usually this leads to healthier relationship choices and dynamics. I will help you to learn more about yourself and make realistic changes.

I am a marital, family and individual psychotherapist who has enjoyed working with couples who are struggling in relationships. I use John Gottman and Sue Johnson theories in my work to help them understand their unhealthy patterns of communication and how they can change those patterns to increase their emotional intimacy. CBT and DBT are other major treatment modalities that I utilize to assist individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and trauma. Clients feel empowered walking out of sessions with practical tools they can utilize in between sessions and this gives them hope that their lives can be improved, their relationships can be changed for the better, and their communication more effective in their day to day relationships.

Pause for a moment and think about who you were before the life-changing event that shifted your comfort in your own life. What were you like then? What stands out most about that version of you or that season of your life? Now, gently ask yourself: How would you like to move forward? If you don’t have the answer right now, that’s okay. Healing takes time, and you don’t have to have all of the answers right now. As you take the next steps in you healing journey, we can explore this together. Hi, my name is Fashen. My focus is supporting adults who are experiencing depression, struggling with self-esteem issues, difficulty maintaining healthy personal boundaries and/or navigating the lasting effects of childhood emotional wounds and the challenges that can arise from growing up in dysfunctional environments. Additionally, I provide support to women who need assistance processing grief related to a terminated pregnancy. Overall, I am committed to supporting my clients with their mental health needs while offering a safe space where they may show up as their authentic selves. A bit more about me... I have nine years of experience in the mental health field with a history of working with survivors of intimate partner violence, individuals with serious mental illness (SMI), providing crisis intervention, and practicing within inpatient behavioral health settings.
