Hi! My name is Brianna Stallings, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I received my Master's Degree from the University of Central Florida and have been working with Elementary aged students and adult trauma survivors for 5 years now. I want you to feel comfortable through the counseling process and know you are in control of your healing. I am here to help, and it is an honor to sit with clients and assist them in reaching their mental health goals!

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

My goal is for clients to feel better with each session, including the very first one! You can expect sessions with me to include coping skills to get you through the next week as well as diving deeper into issues to provide true healing from trauma.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I believe I shine in my patience, encouragement, and creativity. I absolutely love how each person is a unique individual and that gives me the opportunity to be creative in finding solutions that work for you through this process! I have also been told on many occasions that I have a very calming presence, which is always my goal in sessions. I always want to provide a safe space to talk about and work through hard things.

My treatment methods

EMDR

This is an amazing treatment method that is an extremely fast and effective way to heal the brain from trauma and many other mental health struggles as well. Utilizing this method, you will learn how to quickly calm your brain in and out of session as well as process out trauma and physically change your brain naturally.

Person-centered (Rogerian)

To me, person-centered therapy means that we go at your pace because this is your healing process. We also will discuss what you are ready to tackle and wait when you are not ready to discuss deeper wounds. You are in control, and I will never push you past what you are comfortable with in our sessions.
