Are you a woman who is feeling down and have little interest or pleasure in doing things you normally do? Do you feel tired or have little energy or so restless that it is hard to sit still and relax? Are you easily annoyed or irritable? If you answer yes to any or all of these questions, then you may be experiencing some depression and anxiety. But I have good news for you! I work exclusively with women only who are experiencing Depression and Anxiety. These conditions are treatable through talk therapy sessions and can often resolve in the short-term. Therapy does not have to be a long-term process and often you can achieve the goals you set for yourself within a matter of months.
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
I approach the therapy process from a Strength Based Client Centered perspective with Solution Focused orientation. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness Therapy, and Education on different ways to to identify personal triggers related to the various issues presented during sessions.
I work exclusively with Women only. Why? Women understand Women. We have different priorities, different needs. Because I have experienced these same issues, I can empathize with you and want to support you and help you reach your goals. I invite you to reach out and call me.
