Lastly, I have experience helping people work through feelings of anxiety, depression and everyday life stresses.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker committed to guiding individuals through life’s most difficult seasons while helping them discover strength, healing, and renewed purpose. My professional experience spans acute psychiatric care, correctional settings, medical hospitals, and community mental health, allowing me to support people with diverse backgrounds and complex needs. I specialize in trauma recovery, grief and bereavement, crisis stabilization, substance use-related concerns, and the treatment of anxiety and depressive disorders.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and grief therapy techniques. I also offer faith-based counseling for clients who want to integrate their spirituality into treatment, recognizing the powerful role faith can play in resilience and emotional wellness. I value the unique identity and lived experiences of every client and strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where honesty, vulnerability, and personal growth can occur.
I believe that healing is not a one-size-fits-all process. Together, we will explore what is getting in the way of the life you want and build practical skills and insights that support long-lasting change. Whether you are coping with trauma, managing overwhelming emotions, experiencing loss, or simply feeling stuck, I am here to walk alongside you as you move forward with hope and confidence. My goal is to empower you to reclaim your narrative, strengthen your mental health, and live a life that feels meaningful and fulfilling.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals with complex and high acuity mental health needs. My work is grounded in trauma informed and trauma responsive care, with a strong commitment to creating inclusive, affirming spaces for BIPOC, LGBTQI+, neurodivergent clients, and individuals in rural communities. I work across the lifespan, including children (6+), adults, older adults, families, and couples.
My approach is collaborative and empowering, centered on the belief that clients are the experts in their own lives. I often describe my role as “working myself out of a job” helping clients build the insight, skills, and confidence needed to advocate for themselves and navigate systems independently. As a trauma specialist, I use evidence-based and trauma-responsive approaches tailored to each client’s needs. My primary modalities include Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), somatic therapy, Internal Family Systems-informed interventions, and psychodynamic therapy. My EMDRIA certification is currently pending.
I also have extensive experience using Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, exposure-based interventions, mindfulness, and other integrative approaches. I modify interventions to support neurodivergent clients and individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities, recognizing that therapy should adapt to the client and not require the client to adapt to therapy.

Hello!
I'm a bubbly, laid-back person who also believes in the importance of assertive communication. I love meeting new people of different cultural backgrounds.

It can be difficult to function well or thrive while adjusting to life right outside of college or adapting to retirement life after a full-time career of many years. Finding your way can be an exciting journey yet also bring about anxiety you may have never experienced before.

Hi! I'm Kat, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I work with adults, couples, and teens who are dealing with anxiety, stress, relationship problems, and the pressures of daily life. I believe therapy can be a place to slow down and better understand what's behind the challenges you're facing.
My journey in mental health began working with people in crisis. Since then, I have worked in many different settings, including doctor's offices, intensive group programs, and private practice. These experiences taught me that mental health is about the whole person, body, spirit, and the people around you. Over the years, I have gotten really good at helping people who are dealing with grief, depression, anxiety, and addiction.
My approach is warm, gentle, and free of judgment. I want you to feel safe being yourself and talking openly about hard feelings, past experiences, or patterns in your relationships. I believe real change comes from both understanding yourself and feeling supported. I work together with my clients to help them communicate better and take better care of themselves. Sometimes my job as a therapist is to challenge old beliefs that are holding you back. Therapy can bring comfort, but it can also help you face hard feelings and learn how to work through them.

Before I worked as a counselor I worked as a technical writer and software tester, and then as a caseworker in social services. I have also been a studio engineer with much work in audio and video editing and got to spend a year on the film festival circuit for a documentary I made about being an independent musician. All of those experiences I feel are helpful in working with clients from different backgrounds and perhaps in understanding that most of us want to find something meaningful in this life and often feel that we still don't know what our real calling.
I am an LCSW who offers telehealth therapy for teens and adults. I help people who are dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, burnout, relationship stress, identity questions, and big life changes. My previous experience includes work with children and adults with Autism and ADHD, inpatient counseling, suicidal ideation and self harm, crisis intervention, military life, aging, grief, caregiving, LGBTQ+, and parenting. My goal is to empower you with the skills you need to move forward in life and to work through past events that hold you back.

Since earning my Master's in Social Work in 2016, I've dedicated my career to supporting individuals through life's challenges. My journey has taken me from child protective services and a mental health hospital in Colorado, to working with individuals experiencing homelessness and addiction, and serving as a school social worker across all grade levels. Now, in Georgia, I balance my private practice with working as a clinician at a crisis center, helping those in mental health emergencies. My passion lies in guiding teenagers, adolescents, and young adults through life's transitions—whether it's school, work, or relationships—and helping them find their path forward.
Through compassion, connection, and humor, I help people to connect with themselves more deeply and change patterns that are no longer serving them. I utilize Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) as tools to help along the journey of transformation. I strive to show up for my clients consistently and offer top-quality care.
Greetings! I’m Letitia, a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Georgia, and also licensed to provide therapy in Colorado and Florida. I’m passionate about helping clients discover their purpose, break through barriers that hold them back, and begin living the life they’ve always imagined.
Before becoming a counselor, I spent 12 years as an educator, which gave me a deep understanding of the academic, social, and emotional challenges that young people face. Today, I work with clients ages 10 through 35, supporting them through the pivotal transitions of adolescence, young adulthood, and early professional life.
I understand how it feels to struggle with fear, depression, anxiety, low confidence, or a lack of purpose — because I’ve been there myself. These personal experiences allow me to bring empathy, authenticity, and real-world perspective into every session.
With over a decade of experience in the mental health field, I’ve had the privilege of helping individuals overcome depression, anxiety, ADHD, PMDD, phobias, PTSD, and trauma. I also work with clients coping with grief, relationship challenges, and substance use concerns, as well as those seeking clarity in college, career, and personal growth.
My therapeutic approach is integrative, compassionate, and eclectic, blending evidence-based methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and trauma-informed care. I use humor, authenticity, and flexibility to create a space where clients can feel comfortable being themselves while working toward lasting change.
Clients can expect a warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative environment where we’ll uncover strengths, challenge limiting beliefs, and develop practical tools for emotional balance and growth. Together, we’ll create a path toward a more confident, fulfilled, and purpose-driven life.
I am a therapist that finds it extremely important to make a connection with you so you can trust me with your life events. I want to create a calm and supportive space where you can explore your story at your own pace. I draw on evidence-based practices and a trauma-sensitive lens to help you process the past, understand your everyday patterns, and cultivate resilience. I honor the courage it takes to seek support, and I walk alongside you as you discover your capacity for growth, connection, and renewal.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, birth doula, yoga teacher, and professor with a passion for walking alongside people through life’s most complex seasons. My work is rooted in compassion, evidence-based practice, and a belief that healing involves the whole person—mind, body, and spirit.
In my practice, I specialize in reproductive and perinatal mental health, trauma recovery, and supporting individuals and couples navigating infertility, pregnancy, postpartum, loss, and life transitions. I also work with clients facing chronic illness and the lingering impact of stress and anxiety. My integrative approach may include traditional talk therapy, mindfulness, yoga-based techniques, and psychoeducation, tailored to fit your unique needs and goals.
Clients often describe me as calm, supportive, and practical. I believe therapy should feel like a safe place where you don’t have to “have it all together.” Instead, you’ll find space to process honestly, learn effective tools, and build resilience. Whether you are seeking short-term support or long-term healing, we’ll work together at your pace to create meaningful change.
Beyond the therapy room, I teach and mentor future social workers, which keeps me grounded in both current research and real-world practice. My experience as a doula and yoga teacher allows me to bring a holistic, nurturing lens to therapy that honors your strengths while addressing challenges.
Above all, I want you to know: you don’t have to walk this path alone. Healing is possible, and I would be honored to support you in finding your way forward.
I am a relational and inquisitive therapist who believes that meaningful change begins with a strong, authentic connection. As a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado and Texas and a Licensed Addiction Counselor in Colorado I have made the commitment to help others as they face adversity so as to develop a loving and compassionate relationship with themselves. I bring a wealth of experience and specialized training in addictions and mental health to my practice and there is one common theme I have noticed throughout my career, which is our self-talk. We are our own worst enemies, and this wreaks havoc on our self-esteem.
Hello, I'm Jon Nichols. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor dedicated to empowering individuals to achieve emotional equilibrium and personal growth. I hold a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology from Lesley University, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado and Virginia. Over the years, I have worked with diverse populations, addressing a wide range of emotional challenges. My therapeutic approach is insight-oriented and person-centered. Through a collaborative and non-judgmental process, I strive to empower clients to build resilience, develop coping strategies, and discover their inner strengths. Bienvenidas! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) serving clients in California and Colorado. My practice is rooted in a fat liberation lens, which means I actively support you in dismantling internalized and societal fatphobia to cultivate a compassionate relationship with your body.
I provide a nurturing space to process life transitions, career changes, burnout, and the journey of becoming a cycle-breaker—particularly within the BIPOC community. As a first-generation daughter of immigrants, I hold deep respect for those who are new to therapy or returning to it. My goal is to create a culturally-grounded, safe environment where you can heal and grow.
I am also trained in Brainspotting, a powerful tool we can use to access and process deep emotional pain and trauma that traditional talk therapy may not reach.
I’m a Colorado native who is most at home on a dirt trail, and firmly believes that nature and community are our best medicine. My journey started internationally, spending years leading gap-year students around the world in places like India and East Africa to help them find their footing in a big world. Now, I bring that same spirit of exploration into the therapy room, helping adolescents and young adults heal from trauma, understand their purpose in an ever-changing and challenging world, and navigate life’s messy transitions. Together, we’ll work to turn your "where do I fit in?" into a confident sense of belonging.
You're exhausted, wondering if anyone is going to reach your teenage son with ADHD. I was that kid and found my way through.
Your son is struggling the same way I did. ADHD, too much homework, too little interest, too many people telling him to just try harder. I didn't get real support until the end of high school. Treatment changed the trajectory of my life.
I went from community college to the University of Florida, then to a Master of Social Work from Florida State. My bachelor's was in Education Sciences with a specialization in Educational Psychology, which means I understand how ADHD plays out in a classroom, where so much of your son's pain probably lives. School is hard enough for these kids already, which is why I see clients in the evenings and on weekends. Therapy shouldn't add to what school is already taking from him.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing virtual and in-person therapy in Colorado. I am passionate about helping people navigate life’s changes and challenges with compassion and authenticity. My approach is holistic, nonjudgmental, and empowering. Every part of your story matters, from your relationships and environment to your past experiences. You don’t have to face these challenges alone.
Outside of therapy, you’ll find me exploring Colorado trails with my dog, planning adventures with family and friends, or watching TV beside my cats (they run the house). Starting therapy can feel intimidating, but we’ll show up authentically and use a bit of humor when life feels heavy. I’m excited to begin this healing journey with you. Let's get started!
I am a clinician who is dedicated to providing compassionate and effective care to diverse populations. I am also a huge proponent of incorporating mindfulness, movement and nature into therapy to enhance the connection between the mind and body and our environment. My intention is to motivate you to achieve your goals and support you in discovering and loving your authentic self.

Whether you’re navigating communication struggles, parenting challenges, or major life transitions, my goal is to empower you to build trust, deepen emotional bonds, and foster lasting harmony in your relationships. Together, we can turn challenges into opportunities for growth and transformation.

I honestly believe we can work together to find solutions for almost any problem and that we can emerge from challenges stronger, and even more resilient. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, mindfulness training, and other techniques. I also have incorporated many things I have learned in my travels and interactions with psychology in other cultures and countries into my extensive training. I will tailor our interactions and treatment to help you meet your goals and work collaboratively with you every step along the way.
It takes courage to seek for a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. If you are ready to take that step I am here to support and empower you.
Hello my name is Sandra Nunez, and I provide intuitive psychotherapy services to individual, children, couples, and families in need of counseling. People search for therapy for various reasons. Most often these reasons include feelings of sadness, experiencing difficulties adjusting to life changes, difficulties dealing with chronic physical pain, emotional pain, trauma, depression, anger, and anxieties. Perhaps you are trying to heal from a difficult relationship breakup, leaving you feeling sad and defeated. It could be that you are a part of a newly formed blended family, living together for the first time, and instead of joy you are experiencing chaos. You may be seeking help, because your spouse has received orders for yet another deployment with the military. Having to say goodbye once again, leaves you feeling frustrated, anxious and sad. Often people come to therapy due to grief and loss.
People dealing with difficult life changes, may experience a range of negative emotions, from sadness, anxiety to anger. These feelings often manifest as stress, which may cause further strain in personal relationships or affect one’s quality of life.
