Sabrina Sherman
I help adults, kids and teens heal from the inside out by weaving together EMDR, attachment work, and nervous system regulation. If you’re navigating trauma, relationship hurdles, or a loss of self-worth. My work is grounded in the belief that you don’t need to be “fixed.” You may have learned to cope by staying busy, staying strong, or staying small — but those patterns made sense at one point.
Strengths
integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, and somatic practices to help you cultivate self-compassion and build tools that support you when anxiety takes hold. Healing often begins from within—but having the right tools and support can lead to deeper connection, greater self-trust, and lasting change.
Ideal clients
Many of the people I work with are insightful, capable, and hard on themselves — often holding everything together on the outside while struggling internally. If that resonates, I want you to know that I see the strength it took to survive the way you did. You may have learned to cope by staying busy, staying strong, or staying small — but those patterns made sense at one point. Together, we gently explore where they came from and whether they still serve you.
