Hello-
I'm Jenna Borrelli and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California and Maryland. My background is in working with individuals and families. I have extensive experience treating depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship and family issues, parenting challenges, life transitions, and personal growth/exploratory work. I am competent and enjoy working with the LGBTQ+ community as well.

I’m excited to also branch out and provide therapy to young adults and adults. I have experience working with a variety of issues; from grief & loss, PTSD, ADHD, depression and anxiety to family conflicts, blended families, separation/divorce and co-parenting, as well as with issues impacting self-esteem, and confidence. I’m excited to work with clients to create an open and safe environment toward better self-expression, understanding & growth!
I have the utmost respect for those who seek help through therapy. Therefore, my therapeutic approach is a collaborative one, based on the belief you have the answers you need within yourself. It is my job to help you get to those answers. In essence, you are the explorer, I am the sherpa, guiding, encouraging and supporting you through new awarenesses, discoveries and personal growth.
I welcome the opportunity to be creative in my work and often integrate several therapeutic techniques and modalities in the same session, depending on the client's needs and disposition.
I have been a Licensed Marriage andFamily Therapist since 2003 in the state of California, and have specialties in mind/body/mindfulness work, spirituality, art therapy, drama therapy and cognitive/behavioral. In my private practice as well as in clinical settings I have worked with dual-diagnosed clients, couples, individuals, groups and families.
Because of my own life experience, I particularly appreciate working with the aging community, and with artistic personalities, people in life transition, or those addressing issues of long-term illness or depression.

Hi! I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in California. I received my Masters from California State University, Fullerton and have been practicing for 4 years. However, I have worked in the mental health field since 2017. I help children, adolescents, and adults who struggle with depression, anxiety, and overall life stressors. I work with each client on becoming the best versions of themselves.
¡Hola!
I am a Marriage and Family Therapist dedicated to supporting adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, difficult life transitions, addictions, and relationship challenges. I believe therapy is a journey inward—one that honors the mind, heart, and spirit and can ultimately create greater peace, connection, and satisfaction in life.
My work is grounded in the belief that we each have inner strengths and wisdom that can become difficult to access when we are overwhelmed by loss, change, painful experiences, or long-standing patterns. Therapy can help us reconnect with those strengths, develop new ways of coping, and move toward a greater sense of clarity and self-compassion. I sometimes think of this as reconnecting with our Best Self—rediscovering the qualities within us that allow us to live more authentically .
I hold a Master of Arts in Spiritual and Counseling Psychology and have trained in grief and loss, community mental health, psychiatric settings, and addiction treatment as well as maintaining a private practice. I am committed to creating a safe and compassionate space where clients can explore what is difficult while also discovering their capacity for growth and change.
My approach is integrative and relational. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to identify and shift unhelpful thoughts and patterns; mindfulness and acceptance-based practices to cultivate present-moment awareness and self-compassion; and existential/spiritual perspectives to explore meaning , authenticity and purpose.
Therapy is a collaborative process. Together, we make space for your experiences, your relationships, your losses, and the transitions you are facing—while honoring the wisdom you have gained along the way. Whether you are seeking relief from emotional pain, navigating a significant life change, or simply wanting to feel more connected to yourself and your life, therapy can offer an opportunity to reconnect with what is strong, meaningful, and alive within you.

Hi, I'm Cheri, a licensed marriage and family therapist in California. If you're stuck in a loop of intrusive thoughts, checking, or needing to feel certain, I know how exhausting that can be, and I help teens and adults find their way out of it.
The approach I use most is called Exposure and Response Prevention, or ERP. In everyday terms, we take small, manageable steps toward the things that scare you, without giving in to the urge to check or seek reassurance, so anxiety gradually loses its grip. I also draw on CBT, ACT, and mindfulness to help you feel steadier along the way.
Together, we'll build your comfort with uncertainty so you can spend less time managing fear and more time living the way you want to. Therapy with me is collaborative and practical, and we'll move at a pace that feels right for you.

I am available to support you during your life transition, self-growth and renewed healing. Welcome - I'm glad you're here. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker inspiring hope and facilitating change in the lives of individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds. For over 18 years, I have provided psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families in California. A Los Angeles native, in 2007 I graduated with my Masters in Social Work from the University of Southern California.
My path to becoming a person-centered therapist has been shaped by a deep belief in the healing power of human connection. From early on, I was drawn to listening—to really hearing people—and witnessing the strength that can emerge when someone feels truly understood. That belief led me to social work, where I found a natural alignment with the values of empathy, dignity, and respect for each person’s lived experience.
Through my training and clinical work, I was especially moved by the person-centered approach, which sees the client not as a problem to be fixed, but as a whole person with the capacity for growth, insight, and change. Embracing this approach has transformed the way I see the therapeutic relationship: not as a space where I give answers, but one where I hold space—with care, compassion, and authenticity—so clients can explore, heal, and move forward on their own terms.
Over time, I’ve continued to grow both personally and professionally, integrating complementary tools like CBT and Solution-Focused Therapy while always staying grounded in the person-centered core. It’s a privilege to walk alongside my clients, to witness their resilience, and to be a steady presence as they reconnect with their strengths, values, and goals.
Being a therapist isn’t just what I do—it’s part of who I am.

Love, intimacy & partnership are often the most beautiful parts of our life, but they also are often painful, frustrating and difficult to navigate. If you find yourselves struggling, I’m here to get you back on the same team, improve communication, find balance and reignite the love that brought you together.
I use Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy to reduce conflict by identifying negative cycles & underlying needs. I also provide therapy for couples who are moving into a new chapter, sex therapy, premarital counseling & affair recovery.
For all:
I am committed to bringing inclusive and informed care to all, and am experienced working with clients from various ethnicities, immigration histories, sexualities, gender orientations and lifestyle preferences. I strive to not only respect, but to work within the framework of your personal and cultural systems and expectations.
I have been working with clients for many years. I am honored to work with you and to be with you through the process of self discovery and personal growth. It takes a tremendous amount of courage to push ourselves to grow. It can be difficult; however, it can also be a transformative experience that can provide great personal freedom.
