I am Anita M King, licensed marriage and family therapist. I work collaboratively with clients to help you get where you want to go. I received my degree from Chapman University and have been working with clients since 2018.
I know what it is like to work harder not smarter and feel like for every step forward there are many steps back. I am fully passionate about getting you unstuck and where you aspire to be.
I am passionate about helping people define and live your values to achieve a more authentic life and to help create stronger relationships.
I first and foremost adapt my style of therapy to meet your needs. We work together to identify what best supports you toward your goals or areas of focus in therapy. Some clients progress through insight and understanding about an issue while others progress through tangible present-moment skills and tools, all of which I can provide support you with. I also feel that Identity (race, gender, sexual orientation, etc) plays an important role about how we experience the world and how the world views us and I incorporate this into therapy. I see therapy as an equal and collaborative effort between us.
I offer a broad range of personal experiences and clinical background to therapy. I enjoy working with people of color and I identify strongly with them. I have extensive experience working with couples, mixed race individuals, inter-racial relationships, the LGBTQQI community, and athletes.
I believe I have a great feel for supporting you to be comfortable entering into therapy. Finding a balance of acceptance of you and where you are at in your life while also supporting you with the change you want to make. I offer inquisitive questions to inspire critical thought with tangible actions and tools that you can use.
Kelli Lundin is a trauma informed yoga teacher, writer, Land protector, and mother of 4. Trained by Gabor Maté and Sat Dharam Kaur in the Compassionate Inquiry process, Kelli's intention as a psychotherapist is to bring awareness to all facets of ourselves. When we witness these parts with compassion, we become whole, liberated, and restored to our True Nature. As we become more present and connected with ourselves, there is safety and space for authentic expression through our body, psyche, life, and community. Kelli specializes in Complex Trauma; "a psychic wound that hardens you psychologically and then interferes with your ability to grow and develop. It pains you and now you're acting out of pain. It induces fear and now you're acting out of fear. Trauma is not what happens to you, it's what happens inside you as a result of what happens to you." This is often revealed through symptoms of depression, anxiety, and addiction. Our emotions are not tangential to our health. They are a signaling intelligence that can alert us to all sorts of phenomenon in our experience.
Welcome to my practice. I am a seasoned therapist and have worked in many different settings over many years. All I ever wanted to do is help people have their best lives. I practiced social work with a Bachelors degree in prisons, community agencies for the disabled, a state hospital, a state facility for people with cognitive challenges, child and family welfare work and working with folks in community care homes. I also developed and led a community program for Guardians ad Litem in child abuse and neglect cases. Then I went back to school and earned my Masters in Social Work and then my therapy credentials after many hours of supervision. I truly enjoy listening and encouraging clients to embrace strategies for wellness and self-compassion using mindfulness and compassion and strength based materials. I am actively engaged in consult groups with other therapists focusing on trans and queer issues. For several years I taught at the graduate school level in South Carolina and then Utah, teaching social work students skills for working ethically and compassionately.
My name is Megan. Not therapist Megan. I am an authentic individual who strives to really help people in meeting them where they are at and helping them in their journey of life.

Hello, my name is Kirby Wohlander, and I've been in the field for more than 40 years.
• I use a warm, inviting, strengths-based, sometimes humorous, skill-teaching approach, helping people to learn the skills they need to learn to cope with, manage, and eliminate their symptoms.
• Most clients who come in are seeking help with the symptoms of anxiety and/or depression. With anxiety, we examine their current sources of anxiety and stress, and work with anxiety management skills and tools to quickly get the person to feel some relief.
• Regarding depression, we explore underlying causes, while also using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques to identify negative thought patterns. Employing these, we collaborate in striving to help the client become more positive, optimistic, and hopeful about their future. I have seen much success using these approaches.
• Trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) in 2018, I have done, and continue to do, a lot of trauma work, helping people who have been abused, neglected and/or have PTSD.
• I have worked in an alcohol and drug rehabilitation program along the way, and am familiar with addiction-recovery issues, 12-Step programs, Smart Recovery, and the way these challenges can impact families and relationships.
• I ran family service programs for the military for about 5 years, and have a pretty good understanding of military culture, and the challenges of military life, especially the Navy, with its long deployments.
• Working for years with people seeking outpatient mental health services, such as those who might come to Grow, I have done much work with high-functioning people such as teachers, nurses, engineers, physicians, professors, other mental health professionals, students, and those doing other kinds of work.
• Finally, because I have worked in psychiatric hospitals, and programs for the chronically mentally ill, I have seen all kinds of mental illness symptoms, and am comfortable working with folks who have severe bipolar symptoms, or challenges with psychotic symptoms, such as hearing voices, and unusual thinking.

My areas of expertise include depression, anxiety, anger issues, and self-harm behaviors. I want to get to know you and what might be happening with you that you are seeking counseling for. Most people come to therapy when they are in some type of distress. Sometimes this is conscious and sometimes not. If you are feeling powerless or distressed for some reason or grieving a loss in life, I would like to see how we can work in therapy.
The way we work will depend on the issues you bring to therapy. I have experience with different approaches to therapy including but not limited to HUMANISTIC THERAPY (includes the importance of personal responsibility, and a positive, non-judgmental approach), STRUCTURAL FAMILY SYSTEMS (includes the importance of family structure and healthy boundaries), GOTTMAN (includes helping couples communicate better, resolve conflicts constructively, and create a shared sense of meaning), CBT (generally includes a short-term approach that helps you identify and change negative or unhelpful patterns of thinking and behavior to improve your mood and overall well-being).
All the above types of counseling styles point towards change or growth. Many times, there is a creative element to counseling and many times the counseling can give you more of a sense of purpose for yourself in life. Please see my calendar with Grow to sign up for an appointment today.

I graduated with a Master of Social Work from Tulane University and I am licensed in the state of California to practice independently (LCSW #76380). I have years of experience working in a variety of psychiatric settings; when I am not seeing clients on this platform, I continue to work today in a local inpatient psychiatric hospital.
