I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist located in the state of California. I received my Master's Degree from Antioch University Los Angeles and have been practicing for 18 years. In our first session together, we will begin with brief introductions, and then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. Questions will be asked to better understand the issues you are currently facing. We will work together to create a tailored plan to work through in follow up sessions.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I have been working with adults for 18 years and the most common feedback I get is that clients appreciate that I am open and honest and challenge them on what is not working for them. I take a more interactive approach to help clients reach their goals.

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

I have been using solution focused treatment in my practice for over ten years. It allows people the chance to work on what is causing them current issues in their lives and to look at options they may not have thought of that will alleviate those issues. I do touch on other methods including cognitive behavior therapy as well as psychodynamic. We will use what we learn to help you achieve your goals.
