New to Grow
I’m an LMFT specializing in integrative depth psychotherapy. I earned my Master’s in Counseling Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute. My goal is to create a warm, supportive space where we can explore your patterns, emotions, and life experiences together. My hope is to help you gain insight, develop practical skills, and discover ways to live more fully, authentically, and in alignment with who you are.
In our first session, I focus on getting to know you—your experiences, challenges, and goals. We’ll explore your personal history, relationships, and patterns in your thoughts and emotions, as well as what brings you to therapy at this time. I use an integrative, depth-oriented approach to support insight, growth, and meaningful change. We’ll also discuss your goals, any concerns you may have, and how we can work together in a way that feels safe and effective. By the end of the session, you can expect a clearer understanding of the therapeutic process and some initial strategies to begin navigating challenges in your daily life.
I bring a compassionate, insightful, and personalized approach to therapy, blending multiple modalities to meet your unique needs. Specializing in Jungian depth psychotherapy, I help clients explore the unconscious patterns, symbols, and experiences that shape their inner world. I guide clients to deepen self-awareness, integrate different parts of themselves, and uncover meaning in their life experiences. By combining reflective exploration with practical tools, I support both insight and real-life growth. Clients often leave feeling more whole, resilient, and aligned with their authentic selves.
I work with individuals seeking deeper self-understanding, personal growth, and meaningful change. My approach is ideal for those navigating life transitions, exploring patterns in their thoughts, emotions, and relationships, or facing questions about purpose and authenticity. I help clients gain insight into their inner world while also building practical tools to manage everyday challenges, supporting a balance of emotional, relational, and personal transformation.
Integrative

Together, we explore patterns in your thoughts, emotions, and relationships while building practical tools for everyday life. My goal is to support lasting change so you feel more grounded, self-aware, and empowered.
Jungian
I use a Jungian depth psychotherapy approach to explore the unconscious patterns, symbols, and early experiences that shape your inner world. Together, we work to deepen self-awareness, integrate different parts of the self, and uncover meaning in your experiences. The goal is lasting transformation—supporting you to feel more whole and live a truly authentic life.
Existential
I use an existential approach to help you explore life’s deeper questions, including meaning, choice, and personal responsibility. Together, we navigate challenges, confront uncertainty, and uncover ways to live more authentically, purposefully, and aligned with your values.
Person-centered (Rogerian)
I use a person-centered approach that offers a warm, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and understood. By focusing on your unique experiences and inner strengths, we work together to build self-awareness, self-acceptance, and trust in your own ability to grow and make meaningful change.
Humanistic
I use a humanistic approach that focuses on your inherent capacity for growth, self-awareness, and healing. In a supportive and authentic space, we explore your experiences, values, and goals to help you live more fully, build self-acceptance, and create meaningful change.
