Hi there, I’m Michelle,
Have you not felt like yourself lately? Are you struggling to find that happy, healthy, hopeful place in life? Whether it be from relationships, personal, or just life, sometimes we can just feel overwhelmed and out of sync with who we were or who we would like to become.
I am here to help facilitate that change. Together we can target the obstacles in your life and make a plan of action to put you on the right path. By using an integrative approach with effective therapeutic modalities we focus on the whole being to get you in balance.
My style is eclectic utilizing an empathetic position to build rapport while empowering you to become the stronger happier version of self. I combine affirmations and metaphoric narrative to separate you from the problem, allowing you to externalize the issues rather than internalize them.
I will meet you right where you are and provide a safe place for you to thrive and move forward.
“If you can’t fly then run, if you can’t run then walk, if you can’t walk then crawl, but whatever you do you have to keep moving forward.” ~Martin Luther King Jr.
My ideal client is someone who is motivated to make a change but may feel unsure about where or how to begin. I value working with individuals who are seeking support, encouragement, and someone in their corner as they navigate life’s challenges. I’m passionate about helping people grow into the best version of themselves, even when the path forward feels uncertain.
Welcome! I'm a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 16 years of experience supporting children, adolescents and adults navigating life's challenges. I believe that seeking therapy is a courageous step and I'm committed to providing a safe, compassionate and nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood and supported . I enjoy working with individuals who are navigating life stressors, major life transitions, anxiety, relationship challenges and the emotional adjustments that come with becoming a new parent. My therapeutic approach is supportive and tailored to your unique needs and goals. I strive to help clients build resilience, improve relationships, manage stress more effectively and reconnect with the version of themselves they want to be.
I believe that meaningful therapy begins with listening. I take the time to understand each client's current concerns while also exploring the experiences and history that have shaped their life. By gaining a deeper understanding of both the present and the past, I can better recognize patterns, strengths, and challenges that influence overall well-being.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and nonjudgmental. I strive to create a space where clients feel heard, understood, and supported as they share their experiences at their own pace. Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, I work to understand the whole person, recognizing that each individual's story is unique.
Through thoughtful listening and curiosity, I partner with clients to identify meaningful goals, build insight, and develop practical strategies that support lasting growth and positive change. My goal is to help clients feel empowered, understood, and equipped to navigate life's challenges with greater confidence and resilience.
I am a California‑licensed clinical psychologist with over a decade of experience supporting individuals through a wide range of challenges. My work is rooted in respect, empathy, and collaboration. I am a 36-year-old Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) originally from Los Angeles. Before becoming a therapist, I worked in nursing while serving in the United States Air Force, where I gained valuable experience supporting individuals through medical and personal challenges. I have been practicing therapy since 2018 and am passionate about helping adults navigate life stressors, emotional difficulties, and personal growth. My approach is compassionate, client-centered, and supportive, and I strive to create a safe space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered throughout their healing process.
Welcome! My name is Noelia Sanchez Hernandez, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with 18 years of professional experience and 6 years of clinical experience. My goal is to walk alongside you as you navigate life's challenges and discover your most authentic self. Life is filled with both highs and lows, and together we can build the skills, insight, and confidence needed to create meaningful and lasting change. Hi, I am a licensed therapist specializing in anxiety, relationship challenges, and emotional intensity. I am trained in evidence-based approaches including CBT, EFT, and DBT-informed care, and I integrate Certified Trauma Stabilization (TIST) to support clients in building safety, regulation, and deeper self-understanding.
My approach is collaborative, direct, and focused on helping you break unhelpful patterns, strengthen relationships, and feel more grounded and in control of your life.
Many of my clients are women who appear strong on the outside but feel overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally exhausted on the inside. You may be struggling with high-functioning depression, relationship anxiety, or the pressure to hold everything together while quietly feeling stuck or burned out. Therapy can be a place where you don’t have to be the strong one, where you can slow down, understand yourself, and start to feel relief.
I specialize in working with women navigating eating disorders, trauma, caregiver burnout, and the lasting impact of difficult family relationships. Many of my clients are adult daughters of emotionally complicated or challenging parents who are learning to set boundaries, heal old wounds, and break patterns that no longer serve them. I also work with clients who struggle with relationship anxiety, self-doubt, and feeling “not good enough” despite being capable and successful.
My approach is warm, supportive, and practical. Together we work to understand patterns, reduce anxiety, and build tools you can use in everyday life. Clients often tell me they appreciate having a therapist who is both compassionate and honest, and who helps them make real progress, not just talk about problems.
Therapy with me is a space where you can be fully yourself while working toward meaningful change. Whether you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or ready to grow, we will move at a pace that feels safe and supportive.
I believe therapy works best when it feels like a genuine human relationship. My goal is to create an environment where you feel accepted, challenged, and supported—not judged. I'll celebrate your successes with you, help you make sense of the difficult moments, and gently point out the patterns that may be holding you back. I bring curiosity, humor, and compassion into my work because meaningful growth doesn't have to happen in a room that feels cold or intimidating.

Hello, I’m Dr. Oceana Free, PhD, LMFT, with 25 years of experience working in mental health, providing therapy to adult individuals in California. I specialize in trauma, spirituality & women’s issues, with a clinical focus on grief, heartbreak & life transitions. My work welcomes spirituality & faith for those who wish to bring their Christian or Catholic beliefs as a companion to the therapy process. My work is depth-oriented & integrative, drawing from psychodynamic & faith-based approaches to support meaningful, lasting change. I believe therapy works best when it is grounded in respect, dignity & compassion, honoring your values, culture & faith. I work to empower clients with intentional, individualized care- while offering space for suffering to be held & transformed.
I began practicing as a therapist and psychologist in 2012 after graduating from the Higher School of Psychology in Moscow, Russia. Since then, I have had the privilege of working with diverse clients across different clinical settings and cultural environments. After relocating to the United States, I chose to continue my professional path as a Marriage and Family Therapist, bringing with me approximately 12 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families through emotional, relational, and life-transition challenges.
Before entering the mental health field, I spent more than 30 years working as a legal professional in consulting, corporate law, and finance. While these professions may seem quite different, both have deepened my understanding of people, relationships, decision-making, conflict, resilience, and the many ways life circumstances can shape our experiences. Working across different professional, family, organizational, and cultural systems has given me a broad perspective on the challenges people face and the strengths they draw upon to adapt, grow, and find meaning in their lives.
Altogether, my professional experience spans nearly four decades across different countries, cultures, populations, and work environments. This diverse background enriches my work as a therapist and allows me to bring a thoughtful, practical, and culturally sensitive perspective to the therapeutic process. I understand that every person's story is unique, and I strive to create a space where clients feel respected, understood, and supported as they navigate life's challenges and opportunities for growth.
Perhaps most importantly, I genuinely value the work I do. Being a mental health professional is more than a career for me—it is a source of purpose, meaning, and connection. I feel grateful for the opportunity to accompany people on their journey toward greater self-understanding, healing, and fulfillment, and I consider it a privilege to be entrusted with that process.
My name is Christa Christine and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in California. I earned my Master’s degree from California State University Northridge, and have 12 years of experience working with individuals and couples navigate life’s challenges and achieve meaningful change.
I am excited to begin our journey together. My approach is rooted in exploring each client's unique experiences and providing evidence-based interventions that promote healing and growth. My role is to provide a safe, supportive space for you to process your feelings while ensuring you feel secure within our teletherapy environment. You are the expert on your life, and your personal goals have value and will guide our treatment plan.

Hello, my name is Yesenia Segovia, with an LCSW based in California. I really value listening, being a warm presence, bringing a sense of calm, understanding where you're coming from, validating your experiences, and empowering you to make changes. Seriously, this is a judgment-free zone! Feeling safe and comfortable in therapy is super important to me. We'll team up and work through whatever you're facing together, and I'm here to support you in reaching your well-being goals. Over the years, I've helped many people just like you find healing and achieve what they're aiming for.
For as long as I can remember, I have been guided by a deep curiosity and an intuitive attunement to the inner life. Through the lens of the Enneagram Eight, softened and informed by the heart-centered wisdom of the Two, I have felt a persistent call toward creativity, advocacy, and soulful service. From an early age, I sensed a vocation to walk alongside others as they remember and embody their true nature. At twelve, I consciously answered this call as a Healer, and since then, my path has unfolded through continual inquiry, learning, and practice—expressed as an artist, a devoted companion, a counselor, and a kitchen herbalist. Each role is a living dialogue with all the parts of me, in service of integration, wholeness, and becoming.
I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who provides compassionate, evidence-based therapy using a holistic, trauma-informed approach. I will take the time to ensure you feel comfortable and hear your story to help through any challenges that may be contributing to depression, anxiety or relationship concerns!
Are you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or exhausted from trying to keep it all together? You don’t have to navigate it alone.
I’m Matthew C. Volzer, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 20 years of experience in mental health and 12 years helping individuals, couples, and families create lasting change through evidence-based therapy. My approach is practical, compassionate, and results-oriented. Drawing from CBT, trauma-focused therapy, and family systems work, I’ll help you understand the patterns that keep you stuck and give you tools to move forward with clarity and confidence. Hello and thank you for being here! It takes a lot of courage to begin the process of seeking therapy services—especially if asking for help is not something you are used to. As your therapist, I strive to create a safe space where you feel empowered and supported as you embark on your healing journey.
My passion for mental health and wellness was shaped by my life experience of growing up in a culture that often minimized the importance of mental health. This has motivated me to work towards challenging that narrative because I believe that taking care of your mental health is invaluable. Therapy is a place where you can process unexpected life events as well as a place where you can learn more about yourself, your triggers, and where they come from. It is a space where you can talk about your daily struggles as well as deeper issues that may be affecting how you relate and communicate with the people around you.
My approach to therapy is person-centered and humanistic at its core. This means that I show up with genuine empathy, compassion, and a nonjudgmental stance. I use psychodynamic techniques to help you explore early life experiences that could be affecting your relationships or family dynamics. I also enjoy teaching clients cognitive-behavioral techniques and mindfulness practices.
Hi, I am Estee,
Life can feel tough. Do you want to be able to shift out of those difficult emotional places? We can work to create that!
In a safe, nurturing space we actively engage in a process of self discovery. We undertake this task together in order to align to your higher potential. This is done with a technique called Emotionally-Focused Individual Therapy or EFIT. EFIT is an evidence based technique that has been proven time and time again to improve quality of life.
I specialize in helping motivated young adults and adults heal from childhood trauma, navigate attachment wounds, and find relief from anxiety and depression. Taking a collaborative and goal-oriented approach, my mission is to provide you with the tools and support you need to process the past and heal deeply.
My approach to care is deeply collaborative, collaborative, and tailored to your unique story. I believe that while our past experiences—especially childhood and attachment history—shape how we view the world, they don’t have to dictate our future. In our sessions, we will work as a team to set clear, meaningful goals, combining gentle exploration.
