Are you a BIPOC, First Gen, or Queer adult? I help adults heal from guilt, shame, and the pressure to shrink themselves so they can feel more at peace with their sense of self. In therapy, we explore how your body and nervous system hold stress and relational patterns, helping you feel grounded, connected, and safer in yourself and your relationships.
As a therapist, I join my clients in a warm, challenging, accepting way, which allows you to express a range of emotions, so that you may learn and grow. I am there to support you in exploring all parts of yourself, which we often hide from others because of early experiences, shame, and trauma. In exploring, you gain a deeper understanding of the life you desire. I am trained in a multitude of modalities, I work with an attachment based, trauma informed, culturally attuned, psychodynamic lens. I am also trained in EMDR.

Hello! My name is Jessica Canada-Rudolph and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). I received my Master's degree from Alliant University and have been practicing for 5 years. As an LMFT, I can be a neutral ear to listen with compassion and help you discover your solutions!
Hello! My name is Maria Hurmetian and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Registered Art Therapist. I have experience working with all ages, and enjoy working with children, families, and individuals who are experiencing grief/loss, depression, and anxiety. I have worked in many settings Like Childrens' Hospital in Los Angeles, schools, clinical settings, and private practice over the last eleven years.
Psychotherapy relies heavily on the rapport between therapist and client, without it growth and trust cease to exist. I work towards understanding your needs and wants in a nonjudgmental safe, supportive, and empathetic environment. I believe mental health issues are a symptom of deeper, unresolved emotional issues and childhood wounds. I work with teenagers 13+ and adults. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy to help identify irrational thoughts and faulty thinking that are the main culprits behind anxiety and stress. I also utilize psychodynamic therapy to help uncover past issues, such as family dynamics and childhood issues. My full fee is $200 for individuals and $250 for couples, however I do work on a sliding scale as well. I see virtual clients and accept females, teens, and couples only for in person sessions.
I’m a trauma-informed therapist who helps adults heal from anxiety, trauma, burnout, and painful relationship patterns using EMDR therapy and a mind-body approach. Many of my clients come to me feeling stuck in cycles of self-doubt, overwhelm, or disconnection, appearing “fine” on the outside while feeling anything but on the inside. My goal is to create a safe, grounding space where you can explore what’s beneath the surface, release what’s been weighing you down, and reconnect with the most authentic version of yourself.
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is at the heart of my work. It’s an evidence-based therapy that helps the brain reprocess distressing memories so they no longer carry the same emotional intensity. Through gentle bilateral stimulation (such as eye movements or tapping), the mind can integrate painful experiences in a more adaptive way. Clients often describe EMDR as life-changing- it allows healing to occur on a deeper, neurological level, often when talk therapy alone hasn’t been enough. My style is collaborative, intuitive, and compassionate. I’ll meet you exactly where you are, while gently challenging patterns that no longer serve you. Together, we’ll help you feel safe in your body, clear in your mind, and at peace within yourself.
I have been a therapist for 10 yrs 6 yrs in private practice. I have worked with hundred of different people with many different problems. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I offer a warm, supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and respected. Above all, my goal is for you to feel supported and empowered as you create meaningful, lasting change. Hello, I'm Amber Potter, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 15 years of experience. I work with people who are open to growth and curious about the patterns shaping their relationships and experiences. I’m especially drawn to clients who are learning to accept themselves more fully, including the parts that feel imperfect or stuck. Together, we will work toward greater understanding, resilience, and meaningful change.
I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who was born and raised on Maui, Hawaiʻi. I am of mixed heritage—Hawaiian and Portuguese—and grew up at the intersection of Western influence and Indigenous ways of knowing. In my community, when someone was suffering, the first line of care often came from community healers—curandeiras—who worked with energy, connected with ancestors, and attended to what could not always be seen or spoken. There was also the influence of the land itself: the place that roots us, communicates with us, and teaches us. These early experiences shaped the way I understand healing, connection, and the deeper layers of human experience.
As a mixed-race trans man, I have spent much of my life navigating the intersections of culture, identity, and belonging. These lived experiences have shaped my capacity to hold complexity and nuance in the therapeutic process, and they have given me a unique perspective on how we hold ourselves—and one another—in mind. My work is grounded in an attachment-based, trauma-recovery, depth-oriented, and liberation-focused framework.
Depending on the needs of my clients, I also incorporate parts work, somatic approaches, mindfulness, and Brainspotting. I pay close attention to what is communicated beyond language—through tone, emotion, and presence. My ability to read people allows me to hear what is often veiled but deeply important to the experiences that may be keeping someone stuck. I approach this work with humility, care, and deep respect for each person’s story.
I have worked in the mental health field since 1995 across the San Francisco Bay Area, Maui, and Portland, Oregon, and I have been licensed and in private practice since 2017. It is a true honor to support people in their healing, growth, and self-understanding.
With over 10 years of clinical experience, I specialize in supporting individuals navigating life’s most challenging and transformative moments. My work is rooted in a deep commitment to putting clients first by creating a safe, collaborative space where people feel heard, respected, and empowered to grow.
I have extensive expertise in postpartum mental health, women’s issues, and family conflict, and I’m passionate about helping clients reconnect with their strengths, navigate identity shifts, and build more balanced, fulfilling lives. Whether supporting someone through the emotional complexities of new parenthood, relationship challenges, or burnout, I approach each client with compassion, curiosity, and respect for their unique story.
My therapeutic style is warm, direct, and integrative drawing from solution-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral techniques, and family systems approaches to create personalized, effective care. I believe that healing happens in relationship, and I strive to ensure every client feels supported, seen, and truly understood.
I’m a mental health therapist dedicated to helping individuals who are in the process of finding themselves. I work with clients who may feel uncertain about their identity, direction, or sense of purpose, and who are ready to explore those questions in a supportive, nonjudgmental space. My goal is always to support you in the way you need and give you the ability to make changes to improve your life.

Hello, I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in California. I earned my master’s degree from John F. Kennedy University and have been practicing for over 10 years. I support individuals through life transitions by offering a compassionate and safe space to explore and reflect on their current, emotions and develop strategies to navigate change with confidence and clarity.
As human beings, our experiences are unique to us. We experience and view the world from our lens, which impacts how we perceive ourselves and others. Unfortunately, because we are all unique, people around us also develop perceptions about us which may not be an accurate representation of who we are or our true intentions. Sometimes, our perceptions lead to miscommunication and misconceptions; thereby impacting our ability to connect and develop healthy relationships. Typically, perceptions are based on our experiences and our experiences are not always favorable or pleasant. Occasionally, our experiences are traumatic and abusive. For some, trauma and abuse occur so regularly that it becomes the norm and ultimately impacts social, interpersonal, and intimate relationships.
Counseling is the process of becoming awakened to our true selves to better understand how our personal experiences influence who we are. Our personal experiences are impacted by our family of origin, racial and cultural/ethnic group, religious beliefs, sexual orientation, socioeconomic status, etc. Because many aspects of one’s life may be explored, including childhood experiences, the process of counseling may feel uncomfortable and intrusive, at times. However, it is important to trust the process and know that every counseling session will not feel good. There are times that as a client, you may feel sad or hurt and become tearful; you may be excited and feel happy; you may be confused and feel hopeless. However, know that in the end, if you trust the process, you will hopefully learn something new about yourself that you never considered. Thus, leading to fulfillment in your life in areas including your relationships and family dynamics that ultimately, enhance your self-worth.
I specialize in trauma, depression and anxiety. I have worked in many therapeutic settings, with individuals experiencing moderate to severe symptoms of trauma, PTSD, depression and anxiety. I enjoy working with individuals that are motivated to engage in deep self-reflection, seeking understanding of past experiences and their impact on current struggles and committed to healing and growth, showing a readiness to work through difficult emotions and patterns in order to create lasting change.
