New to Grow
Hello, I am an LMFT for over 20 years, and my life experiences (growing up bicultural , traveling the world, working with military mental health, researching life and death) and drive for educating myself in many areas has given me a unique view and ability to assist those on a similar path of self knowledge. I enjoy the excitement of others achieving goals and making successful transitions in life. Life is an adventure that you create with your thoughts and desires. I am honored to help you get to the next place you want to be.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
Our first session is always building rapport through getting to know my client-their life experiences up to this moment, their previous attempts at self mastery, their goals and aspirations. Where do they want their life to go next? Do they have a good relationship with themselves? Do they like their own company? The gathering of information is what helps to find the road to their destination in this phase of their life. Are there signigicant traumas that they need to work through? We will walk the road together.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
I would say that my life view is Existential...and my main subject of lifelong research has been Metaphysics, or "Quantum Physics" as they like to call it now. There is only one set of Universal Laws, and beyond the religions of the world they are the simple fpundation to liviing well. My connection with the One Source of all is my greatest strength.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
The client who benefits the most is the one who has an open and receptive mind and heart, is curious about life and death and navigating the transitions and challenges between them, and is willing to absorb new information and put effort into building a positive and optimistic mind set on their journey to self fulfillment.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
A healthy and optimistic mind set of thoughts and beliefs toward self and others is primary.
