Welcome! You've already taken an important step toward caring for yourself. Life can be challenging, and I'm passionate about supporting adults through anxiety, depression, and major life transitions. My sessions are a safe, nonjudgmental space where we develop goals together and track progress.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and to talk about what brings you to therapy. We'll review your background, current concerns, and any immediate needs. It's completely normal to feel nervous, and I'll move at a pace that feels safe and answer any questions you have about confidentiality, session length, or scheduling.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I believe you are the expert on your life. I'm here to listen, validate your experience, and provide practical tools and support to help you reach the goals that matter to you. I draw on CBT and mindfulness-based approaches because I've found they reliably reduce symptoms and empower clients, often increasing confidence, self-esteem, and overall well-being.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I partner with adults who are ready to change unhelpful patterns and build confidence, healthier relationships, and emotional resilience. Therapy is collaborative, practical, and grounded in compassion. My role is to listen, offer evidence-based tools, and partner with you to to clarify and achieve the goals that matter most to you, supporting growth every step of the way toward lasting, sustainable change and well-being.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I am integrative in my approach and have found that cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) is a very helpful approach. It helps to identify and reframe unhelpful thought patterns that can keep one stuck. The techniques and tools can be very helpful and lead to a positive outcome on emotions and behaviors.
