I started helping those who are seeking to up-level their experiences and shine as their true and authentic selves in 2019. My journey first started in residential treatment facilities where I held space for those in early recovery from substance use disorders. This population ranged from men's only, women's only and LGBTQ+ Many of these individuals also struggled with anxiety, depression, trauma and eating disorders. I have also had the opportunity to work with adolescents at risk of sex trafficking. This work is extremely rewarding as the clients are at an age where they are most influential and willing. I am a deeply spiritual person and practice in the study of yoga and meditation and participate in somatic healings such as Kundalini Light Intergration (KALI) and breathworks. I am also a level two Reiki practitioner (training to become a master) and a certified personal trainer. When I am not holding space for healing, I enjoy being in the outdoors, surfing, climbing, reading and cooking nutritious and fun to eat meals. I hope to continue the journey of providing a safe space for individuals where healing can occur for years to come. I offer sessions both early in the morning (5am - 7am) and later in the evening (6pm - 9pm) to accommodate those who work nine to five or those who just prefer early morning or evening therapy sessions.

Hi, I’m Ravina, a licensed therapist (LPCC, #16404) with a deeply personal mission to create brave, healing spaces where individuals can grow, unlearn, and embrace alignment with their authentic selves. I am also a spoken word artist, published author, speaker, and cat mama of two. Through my own journey, I learned that silencing myself felt safer, people-pleasing seemed preferable, and stepping into the back row was easier than claiming my full voice. I lived for years with anxiety, trauma, and depression in the background, believing this was normal. Over time, I was fortunate to access spaces where I could process trauma, unlearn cultural conditioning, and center my voice. As both a professional artist and therapist, I’ve embraced the truth that my story matters—and I deeply believe yours does too. In sessions, I draw from a range of evidence-based and intersectional approaches, including CBT, DBT, Narrative Therapy, Psychodynamic and Interpersonal Therapy, and Attachment-Based approaches. While these methods are well-established, I intentionally de-center colonial and outdated techniques, keeping your goals, needs, and lived experience at the forefront. My aim is to create a warm, purposeful space where therapy feels authentic to you. I honor that therapy is not one-size-fits-all; it should not feel cold, rigid, or dictated by someone else’s agenda. I prioritize building a strong therapeutic relationship, respecting your time, and supporting your intentional choice to be here. Some journeys last months, others years—but together we work consistently and purposefully so you can move from surviving to thriving, and bloom into alignment with your true self. I am honored to witness your healing journey, exploring, unlearning, re-learning, and embracing all parts of your story as we navigate life, symptoms, and growth—together.

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who specializes in helping individuals, families, and couples rewrite unhelpful narratives, reconnect with their strengths, and rediscover hope and happiness in their lives. To name a few, I use Narrative Therapy, CBT, and EMDR to support healing, clarity, and lasting change within yourself, in relationships, and in the community you prefer. Together, we’ll explore the feelings you’re experiencing, identify the barriers that are holding you back, and develop tools to help you cope with the challenges you’re facing! My work is rooted in self-empowerment through a client-centered, strength-based approach. I believe our past shapes our present, and by understanding your story, healing what’s unresolved, and planning intentionally for the future, you can move toward a more joyful, fulfilling, and authentic life. Hi, I’m Amy a wife and mom of three, including a 6-year-old son with significant medical needs, which has shaped so much of who I am as a person and as a therapist. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and an authentic, relatable approach because I know how often we lack the tools to understand our emotions or why we react in ways that don’t always align with who we want to be. Life can send us on unexpected journeys that shatter our world, and from my own experience, I believe therapy provides the grounding and skills that make those moments survivable and even transformative. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I bring a blend of professional expertise, lived experience, and deep compassion to every therapeutic relationship. My journey began long before I entered the mental health field—shaped by my years as a military veteran, where resilience, service, and human connection became the foundation of my work. Today, as a clinician and a mother, I approach therapy with the same grounded empathy, strength, and relational focus that guide me in both motherhood and service. I specialize in supporting individuals living with severe mental illness, including those navigating complex trauma, mood disorders, psychosis, and long-term emotional or behavioral challenges. I understand that many of the people I work with have faced experiences that disrupted their sense of safety, identity, and hope. My role is to offer a therapeutic space where clients feel understood, respected, and empowered to move at a pace that honors their unique history and needs. I use trauma-informed, evidence-based practices rooted in acceptance, mindfulness, and emotional regulation to help clients build stability and reconnect with their strengths. At the heart of my work is a simple but powerful belief: everyone deserves a life worth living. I am passionate about helping people rediscover that possibility—whether through rebuilding coping skills, strengthening relationships, exploring values, or learning how to hold their pain without letting it define them. My approach is collaborative, nonjudgmental, and centered on the person as a whole, not just their diagnosis or past experiences. If you’re seeking a therapist who will meet you with authenticity, patience, and unwavering support, I’m here to walk alongside you as you create a life that feels meaningful, grounded, and truly your own.

I’m Juliana Mott Fabio, LCSW, and I specialize in supporting adults who are navigating grief, life transitions, anxiety, and the quiet emotional weight that can build when life feels overwhelming. Many of my clients come to therapy during seasons when they feel unsteady—after a loss, during a major shift in identity or relationships, or when old patterns of coping no longer feel sustainable. My role is to offer a grounded, compassionate space where you can slow down, reflect, and understand what you’re carrying with gentleness rather than judgment. With a background in hospice, bereavement counseling, crisis work, and somatic practices, I bring both clinical experience and a deep respect for the human experience. I blend talk therapy with somatic and mindfulness-based tools to help clients reconnect with their bodies, regulate their nervous systems, and feel more present and supported in daily life. Together, we explore what is no longer serving you, strengthen your resilience, and identify new ways of relating to yourself and others. My hope is that therapy becomes a place where you feel seen, understood, and empowered—where you can process your emotions, rebuild your sense of self, and move forward with clarity and confidence. You don’t have to navigate these transitions alone.
