Hi, my name is Michael (Mike) Chavez, LCSW, and I provide individual therapy to adults facing a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, stress, and relationship issues. I take time to listen carefully to your concerns, gain an understanding of your goals, and begin identifying the challenges you'd like to address. Together, we will begin developing a personalized treatment plan that aligns with your needs and supports meaningful progress.

One of my greatest strengths as a provider is the depth of experience I bring from over 10 years of working as a Medical Social Worker at Kaiser Permanente. This background has equipped me with a strong understanding of the intersection between physical and mental health, as well as the ability to support clients through complex emotional and medical challenges with compassion, clinical insight, and practical strategies.
