I offer a non‑judgmental, empathic, and supportive space where clients can feel safe to explore their experiences. My goal is to empower you as you navigate life’s challenges and discover your own capacity for growth. I view therapy as a collaborative process of self‑exploration, acceptance, healing, and recognition of your strengths, challenges, and goals. I believe that you are the expert on you. My role is to walk alongside you, offering tools, insight, and guidance that support your journey toward clarity and well‑being. Because every person’s story is unique, I draw from multiple therapeutic modalities and tailor my approach to meet your individual needs. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, PTSD, life transitions, grief and loss, and challenges faced by children, teens, young adults, couples, and families. My intention is to create a space where you feel understood, supported, and empowered to move toward the life you want.

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Your first session is a comfortable, judgment‑free space to share what brings you to therapy and what you hope to work toward. We’ll explore your goals, strengths, and current challenges at a pace that feels right for you. I’ll listen with empathy, answer any questions about the therapy process, and begin tailoring an approach that fits your unique needs. You’ll leave with a clearer sense of direction and the reassurance that you’re supported as you begin this journey.

The treatment methods and tools I utilize

I take an eclectic strength-based approach to treatment. Treatment is tailored to each individual's needs. Treatment is provided from an integrative approach that includes person centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic, motivational interviewing, solution focused, accelerated resolution therapy and a trauma focused approach. I work with these methodologies to provide a holding space for clients, allow them to choose the direction of therapy and the pace of our work.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My approach is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and flexibility. I create a warm, non‑judgmental space where clients feel truly heard, while also offering practical tools tailored to their unique needs. I blend multiple therapeutic modalities rather than relying on a single method, allowing me to support each person’s individual goals.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work best with young adults and adults who are ready to explore their experiences with honesty and curiosity. Many of my clients are navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, work‑related stress, trauma, anxiety, depression, or a sense of feeling “stuck.” I’m well‑suited for individuals who want a supportive, non‑judgmental space to understand themselves more deeply, build emotional resilience, and develop practical tools for meaningful change. Whether you’re seeking healing, clarity, or personal growth, I’m here to help you move toward the life you want.
