I believe therapy works best when you feel truly seen, safe, and understood. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that meaningful change happens through connection. I work with adults navigating anxiety, grief, life transitions, and the emotional weight of caregiving, relationships, and work stress. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward — and together we create space to slow down, make sense of what’s happening, and build tools that actually fit your life. Therapy with me is not about “fixing” you. It’s about helping you reconnect with your strengths, deepen self-compassion, and move toward a life that feels more balanced and authentic. In our first session together, here's what you can expect
I am committed to creating a safe, respectful and inclusive environment where clients can explore challenges openly and work toward meaningful and sustainable change. It’s normal to feel nervous during your first session, and this time gives us both a chance to get to know each other and discuss what brings you to therapy. We’ll move at your own pace as we plan ways to manage your day-to-day. I’ll be here to guide you throughout.

I believe in open communication to create a supportive, non-judgmental environment. I practice active listening and give you opportunities to reflect on your experiences as a caring partner. If we’re working through something challenging, you can expect me to be calm and patient.”
