(she/her)
I launched my practice for the purposes of helping clients increase self-compassion and build resilience in the face of adversity. We all find ourselves stuck at times and taking the step to start therapy is a radical act of self care. Through consistent support we can move beyond surviving to truly thriving. By first accepting who we are and processing our experience, we then are able to create change and can live more intentionally.
During our first session we will take a deep dive into your history, work to build trust and safety within our therapeutic relationship and identify your goals for therapy. It can feel vulnerable to open up to a new person, so I will always honor your pace. My goal is for you to always leave therapy sessions feeling more resourced than when you arrived.
I identify as a holistic therapist, blending eastern and western practices to promote awareness, acceptance and healing. I'm informed by 500+hours of yoga teacher training and my personal journey of self discovery and growth that is ever evolving. Client's tell me that my style is warm, relatable and non-judgmental. I'm also collaborative and directive, supporting my clients in challenging thoughts and behaviors that may no longer be serving them.
My ideal client is self motivated and invested in their personal growth. I have over 10 years of experience supporting individuals, couples and families in Colorado and California. I specialize in ADHD, trauma, depression, anxiety and grief. I've helped many folks navigate difficult life transitions, such as divorce, identity explorations and career shifts.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
The beliefs that we hold about ourselves, the world and the future deeply influence how we feel in the present. Together, we can identify whether specific beliefs and thought patterns serve us and promote well-being. My hope is that your trust in Self is strengthened and that you will live with more ease.
Gestalt
Gestalt is a client-centered, present moment-based, somatic practice that highlights the connection between the mind, body and spirit. By facilitating a mindfulness practice in therapy, clients will increase their awareness of how they make meaning from experience, and through that awareness, acceptance and change are possible.
Psychodynamic
Psychodynamic therapy connects clients' their early life experiences and childhood relationships to current struggles, helping clients understand the roots of their distress. This therapy encourages the expression of difficult emotions and its effectiveness is based on the insight of the client.

I felt that I could really be myself and go at my own pace when it came to communication. It was nice to not feel pushed while my thoughts were organizing themselves, and that I was being heard.
