New to Grow
Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and you don’t have to take it alone. I work with individuals who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, grief, or past trauma. My goal is to create a supportive, non-judgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and safe to explore what you’re going through. Together, we will build insight, strengthen coping skills, and help you move toward a life that feels more balanced, meaningful, and aligned with who you truly are.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin building a comfortable, supportive foundation for our work together. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, any concerns or goals you may have, and what you hope to gain from the process. You are welcome to share as much or as little as feels comfortable, and there is no pressure to have everything figured out. My focus is on creating a safe, respectful space where you feel heard, understood, and supported as we begin your therapeutic journey.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
My greatest strengths as a therapist are my ability to create a warm, supportive environment where clients feel comfortable being open and honest. I take a thoughtful, collaborative approach, meeting each person where they are and tailoring therapy to their unique needs and experiences. I also focus on helping clients develop practical tools while gaining deeper insight into themselves, so the growth they experience in therapy can carry into their everyday lives.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
I work well with individuals who may be feeling overwhelmed, going through life transitions, processing grief or past experiences, or navigating challenges in their relationships. Many of the people I support are simply looking for a safe, supportive space to talk, reflect, and better understand themselves. You don’t need to have everything figured out to begin therapy, just a willingness to explore what you’re going through. Together, we can move at a pace that feels comfortable while working toward greater clarity, healing, and emotional balance.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help clients better understand how thoughts, feelings, and behaviors influence one another. Together we gently identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck and develop practical tools to create meaningful change. This approach helps build skills you can use in everyday life to feel more balanced and empowered.
EMDR
EMDR is a powerful therapy that helps the brain process and heal from difficult or overwhelming experiences. I guide clients through this structured approach in a calm and supportive way so distressing memories can lose their emotional intensity. Many people find EMDR helps them feel lighter, more grounded, and able to move forward.
Grief Therapy
Grief can feel overwhelming and deeply personal. I offer a compassionate space where you can process loss at your own pace while honoring the connection you had with what or who you lost. Together we work toward finding meaning, healing, and ways to carry your memories forward.
Integrative
I take an integrative approach to therapy, meaning I combine different therapeutic methods to support the whole person. Your experiences, emotions, relationships, and goals are all considered in our work together. This allows therapy to feel personalized, thoughtful, and responsive to your needs.
