I have been a Marriage and Family Therapist with a private practice located in the East Bay since 2011. My professional experience encompasses working with diverse social and cultural clients suffering from the chronic illnesses, anxiety symptoms, loss, trauma, depression and relation issues as well as alcohol and chemical dependency. My therapeutic focus is to awake client’s own sense of awareness towards healing and personal growth. While assessing individual client needs and providing compassionate therapeutic interventions, I specialize in using Mindfulness skills, Time Limited Solution Focused Therapy, Somatic Therapy as well as Guided Imagery. My work with clients leads to a reduction of Anxiety Symptoms and increases personal ability to better self-regulate in life. In addition to many years of experience in both clinical and private settings, I also have advanced training in Somatic Experiencing from Trauma Institute as well as Integrative Medicine Certification from The Institute for Health & Healing in San Francisco.
