Welcome, I am Feven!
Do you feel pulled in a million directions, unable to fit it all in? Are you struggling to keep up with your relationships, work and health? Is it hard to be kind to yourself? I help individuals manage anxiety, depression and burnout. Together, we can identify what's not working and get you back to balance. We'll use a whole self approach; addressing the needs of your mind, body and spirit.
I am passionate about helping individuals navigate the different challenges they face and build coping skills to create more fulfilling and holistic life experiences. From my journey, I can personally attest to the power of support, in its many forms. This support goes beyond clients I service but also to their families and communities. I believe that mental wellness isn’t just individualistic; but includes the ecosystem surrounding the person. My praxis acknowledges and aims to support the village needed by all.
I’m also passionate about the transformative impact of safe and brave spaces for those who often experience exclusion. My career has afforded me opportunities to build trust with LGBTQ+, Black, Indigenous, Latina/o/x, and Refugee communities across the nation. It is a personal privilege to center wellness and holistic care for all as ‘self-care is a radical form of resistance.’
Whether you're dealing with overwhelm, relationship issues or cycles of anxiety and depression, trauma, PTSD, self-acceptance, I'm here to help. Seeking therapy can feel scary but you're making the right choice. You deserve a safe space to heal and grow. In our sessions together, I'll meet you with compassion, empathy and evidence-based techniques so you can overcome the hangups and habits holding you back.
Let's work together!

I'm Nicole! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Alabama and Virginia. As a young mom with a blended family, I understand the pressures of parenthood, co-parenting, relationships, and day-to-day stress. I am an ADHD Certified Clinical Services provider, specializing in women's issues and adult ADHD. I earned my Bachelor's in Psychology, my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and my post-graduate certification in Advanced Counseling from Freed-Hardeman University.
I have always been passionate about helping others, so therapy was a natural fit for me. I decided to specialize in ADHD after realizing that I had been undiagnosed until adulthood and struggled through my childhood and teen years, not realizing that ADHD was the culprit of that distress. I find joy in helping other people find freedom in embracing themselves and finding ways to overcoming or cope with the challenges ADHD presents on a daily basis.
Hello and welcome! I'm Tom Johnson, a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) providing telehealth therapy to adults across Alabama. I believe every person deserves to be heard with respect, compassion, and without judgment. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, trauma, grief, or major life transitions, we will build on your unique strengths to help you move toward the life you want.
I completed my MSW degree from the University of Alabama in 1973 and have spent more than 50 years as a counselor. My career began at Bryce Hospital in Tuscaloosa, then transitioned to serving veterans and their families for 43 years as a mental health clinician with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. Since retiring from the Birmingham VA several years ago, I've continued providing online therapy through several telehealth platforms and am currently an approved provider through Grow Therapy for the Department of Veterans Affairs Community Care Network.
My goal is to provide a safe, supportive environment where you can openly discuss your concerns, develop practical coping strategies, and work toward lasting, meaningful change. I would be honored to be part of your journey.

Hi. I'm Marquita and I've been a social worker for 18 years and counting. I strive to help my clients navigate this challenging journey we know as life. Sometimes on this journey, we experience things such as anxiety, depression, life changes, set backs, and other bumps in the road, but what I've learned is that we can almost always navigate through or around them and keep on going.
I use some conventional as well as unconventional techniques to work with my clients. I like to start where you are and not where I think you should be.
We will use a mixture of cognitive behavioral, behavioral, mindfulness, and many other techniques to help us solve problems that we identify. I say "we", because we will do this together, but I allow you to drive. That just means I trust that you know yourself better than I do, but I will strive to help you find out just how strong you are and empower you to thrive in your life.
We can do this together!
Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone. I specialize in working with children, teens, and adults who are navigating depression, anxiety, or challenges with managing emotions. My goal is to create a safe, nurturing environment where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to make lasting change. Because I believe healing begins with a strong foundation, I focus on building a genuine, supportive relationship with every client.
My style is eclectic, and I strive to individualize treatment for each client. I utilize techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy.
Together, we will explore your strengths, work through challenges, and create space for growth and new beginnings. If you’re ready for a fresh start, I’d be honored to walk alongside you in your healing journey.
