New to Grow
Hello! I’m Martina Dailey, a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with compassion and purpose. I work with clients experiencing trauma, addiction, anxiety, and depression, offering a safe and collaborative space to explore emotions and build resilience. My approach integrates evidence-based therapies such as CBT, Eclectic, and Strengths-based, with Christian Counseling available upon request. I believe in empowering clients to recognize their strengths, set meaningful goals, and experience genuine growth. Through our work together, clients often find renewed confidence, clarity, and a deeper sense of peace in their everyday lives.
In our first session, you can expect a welcoming environment focused on confidentiality. We will discuss the structure of our sessions and explore your reasons for seeking therapy, your background, and the challenges you’re facing. This meeting is also an opportunity for you to ask questions and outline what you hope to achieve.
My greatest strengths lie in creating a warm, safe, and trusting environment where clients feel genuinely heard and supported. I draw from multiple evidence-based approaches, allowing me to tailor therapy to each person’s unique needs and goals. My ability to blend compassion with practical tools helps clients gain insight, develop resilience, and create lasting positive change. Clients often share that my approach helps them feel empowered, understood, and more confident in their ability to navigate life’s challenges.
My ideal clients are individuals who are ready to heal, grow, and make meaningful changes in their lives, even if they’re unsure where to begin. I work best with those navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, or addiction who want to better understand themselves and build healthier coping strategies. Many of my clients seek a supportive and nonjudgmental space to explore their emotions, strengthen relationships, and restore balance. I’m especially positioned to help those who value a compassionate, collaborative approach that honors their strengths and personal journey toward wholeness.
I use a psychodynamic approach to help clients gain insight into how past experiences and relationships influence current thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. This understanding fosters personal growth, healing, and deeper self-awareness.
I use an eclectic approach, combining methods from several therapeutic models to ensure treatment is responsive, effective, and client-centered. This flexibility allows therapy to be tailored to each person’s unique experiences, goals, and pace of healing.
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients recognize and change unhelpful thought patterns that influence their emotions and behaviors. Together, we work to develop healthier ways of thinking and coping with life’s challenges
I practice trauma-informed care by creating a safe and supportive environment that honors each client’s story. I integrate this approach by focusing on understanding the impact of trauma and promoting resilience and self-compassion.
My experience with the strengths-based approach has shown me how powerful it can be in helping clients rediscover their inner resources. I guide clients in identifying their personal strengths to overcome challenges and create sustainable progress.
