Hi, I’m glad you’re here. Taking the first step toward therapy can feel intimidating, but you don’t have to do it alone. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore what’s holding you back, understand yourself more deeply, and find practical ways to move forward.
My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore what’s holding you back, understand yourself more deeply, and find practical ways to move forward.
Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, relationship challenges, or life transitions, I work collaboratively to help you build insight, develop coping skills, and create meaningful change in your life. Drawing from cognitive-behavioral, person-centered, and trauma-informed practices, I tailor each session to meet your unique needs and pace. My goal is to help you feel seen, heard, and empowered and to understand your story in new ways and create lasting, meaningful change in your life.
First session
They will walk away with an immediate sense of relief, a clear understanding of the therapeutic process, and a concrete action plan.
Strengths
I like to begin building a foundation of trust and safety within the client session so that I can gain understanding of the best clinical approach for each client. No two people are alike and I like to utilize and eclectic approach that adjust to the needs of my client.
Ideal clients
I partner with clients who are navigating heavy emotional or practical hurdles, specifically specializing in: • Clinical symptom management for anxiety, depression, and trauma/PTSD. • Navigating high-stress life transitions, deep professional burnout, and relationship conflict. My Approach & Your Goals You deserve more than just open-ended venting sessions. You deserve tangible relief. In our work together, we will break your healing down into manageable, real-world steps. -In the short term: We will identify immediate, practical coping tools to help you stabilize your daily routine, set healthy boundaries, and regulate stress. -In the long term: We will use clear, measurable milestones (SMART goals) to track your progress as you heal historic wounds, rebuild resilient self-confidence, and foster healthier relationships.
Treatment methods
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
When you feel overwhelmed, your brain often relies on automatic, unhelpful thought patterns that amplify stress and trigger anxious behaviors. Together, we will act as detectives to catch these negative mental scripts, check them against real-world evidence, and gently rewire them into realistic, workable perspectives. By shifting these core thoughts, you will naturally relieve heavy emotional distress and gain practical control over your daily actions and habits.
