Hello, I am a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner . I assess, diagnose and treat individuals with mental health conditions.Using a holistic approach, I collaborate with patients to develop treatment plans and prescribe medications when necessary. An essential part of my role is to empower individuals to make informed decisions about their mental health. I also integrate psychotherapy and provide ongoing support.

I strive to provide a safe, and nonjudgmental space where individuals feel comfortable sharing their concerns and experiences. During our first session, I work to understand their concerns and goals of care. My goal is to provide evidenced based practices, ongoing support, and a collaborative effort in their journey toward improving their mental health.
