Hello,
Thank you for reviewing my profile.
Briefly; I am Licensed Naturopathic Doctor, a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor
I work with adult professional women dealing with anxiety, depression, past unresolved trauma, grief, stress and relationship issues. My philosophy is that we need positive human beings in our lives, to 'see' us and bear witness to our lives. In order for us to be fully human, we need at least one supportive individual who validates the part of us that needs healing. We need meaningful experiences to help us navigate this journey called life.
My training as a Naturopathic Doctor affords me a lens to also consider, incorporate and integrate diet & lifestyle practices for your overall well-being.
So, if you are tired of being tired, anxious, sad, depressed and you're just going through the motions, feeling stuck in dysfunctional patterns that drain you; AND you are willing to do the work to get well, then you need skilled, compassionate support to help you get unstuck and get your life back on track, so that you can experience purposeful living. As our paths intersect her, I start with the intention that you to "prosper and be in health even as your soul prospers" 3 John 2.
If you’re reading this, chances are you’re carrying something difficult and looking for support. You don’t have to navigate it alone. Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, and reaching out for support is often one of the hardest parts of the process, but you are taking that first step now. I’m glad you’re here and willing to give yourself the opportunity to explore positive change.
I am a licensed mental health professional with over 12 years of experience working with individuals across a variety of settings, including outpatient mental health clinics, correctional facilities, county jails, state prisons, and mobile community-based treatment teams. I also have extensive experience working with individuals experiencing acute mental health crises and am well-versed in the psychiatric hospitalization process and the challenges that can accompany severe mental health symptoms.
My approach is compassionate, open-minded, and nonjudgmental. I believe that every person has a unique story, and I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where clients feel comfortable being themselves. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship concerns, problematic behaviors, or simply feeling stuck, I am committed to meeting you where you are and helping you work toward the goals that matter most to you.
Together, we will build on your strengths, develop practical tools for managing challenges, and create a path toward meaningful and lasting change.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with specialized psychoanalytic training at the William Alanson White Institute in NYC. I work with clients to get what they want out of life. I hope to connect with you through active listening to provide a secure and nurturing space to assist you in your self-discovery and healing. My therapeutic approach is rooted in compassion and empathy with the aim of helping you navigate life's challenges. As a therapist, I strive to meet clients exactly where they are and create a space where they feel comfortable, supported, and understood. I believe in humanizing the therapy experience—building a genuine connection free of judgment, where we can celebrate your successes, find humor when appropriate, and work through life's challenges together with compassion, hope, and a focus on growth.

Do you often feel like the one who has to hold everything together? Many of my clients are high-achieving adults who look calm and capable on the outside but feel anxious, overwhelmed, or exhausted behind the scenes.
I work with professionals, caregivers, and individuals navigating high expectations, perfectionism, and major life transitions. Together we explore the patterns that keep you stuck in overdrive and develop healthier ways to manage stress, set boundaries, and reconnect with yourself.
I am a driven and creative individual. I am a psychotherapist and a professional cellist. Having two careers side by side gives me a unique perspective and ability to connect with people in the therapy setting. I am a problem solver and I enjoy doing so in a collaborative manner. I try to foster a space where constant learning and growth is happening. I especially love being a safe person and providing a safe environment for people to practice new skills with. I believe that if I'm going to teach something new to someone that it's best if I am practiced at it as well. I enjoy trying things together and am not afraid to think on my feet and be spontaneous in sessions. To me therapy should be like taking vitamins; a regular part of your health routine. Even therapists go to therapy (at least they should!).

Welcome. Reaching out for support takes courage, and I’m glad you’re here.
I am a psychotherapist who works with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, and the everyday stresses that can leave us feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck. My approach is warm, collaborative, and flexible. I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy, and I work closely with each client to understand their unique experiences, goals, values, and strengths.
I strive to create an open-minded, nonjudgmental space where you can feel comfortable exploring difficult emotions, relationships, questions of identity, family dynamics, spirituality, and personal growth. I view vulnerability as a strength and believe meaningful change begins when we feel safe enough to be honest with ourselves and others.
Whether you are facing a specific challenge or simply looking to better understand yourself, I look forward to helping you build insight, resilience, and a greater sense of fulfillment in your life.
“Adulting” can feel overwhelming—especially when anxiety, relationship challenges, or major life transitions are in the mix. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I specialize in supporting young adults, college students, and LGBTQ+ individuals who are facing these exact struggles. Whether you are feeling stuck, anxious, or unsure of your next steps, you are not alone—and you do not have to figure it out by yourself. My approach is collaborative and tailored to your unique needs. I do not believe in one-size-fits-all therapy or positioning myself as the expert with all the answers.
I am a trauma-informed, skills-based therapist who helps adults move from feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally stuck to feeling more grounded, regulated, and in control of their lives. My work is grounded in evidence-based approaches including CBT and DBT, with a strong focus on practical tools, emotional regulation, and real-life change—not just insight. I specialize in helping clients manage anxiety, depression, stress, and mild to moderate substance use concerns, especially those who want structure, clear goals, and strategies they can actually use between sessions. What makes my approach different is that I focus on helping clients build real-time skills for real-life moments, so progress isn’t just something you talk about in therapy—it’s something you can feel in your day-to-day life.
“Therapy for kids who don’t think it’s for them, parents in the thick of it, and women who are doing everything for everyone—except themselves.”
Sound like you or someone you love? Well…I’ve got you covered!
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in preteens and teenagers navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, anger, and the complicated space between parents and kids. Much of my experience was built inside a school-based health clinic at the middle school level. Working with students in the middle of their actual world, not just an office. That perspective shapes everything about how I work.
As an elder millennial and a parent, myself, I understand the impossible math of work-life balance. The guilt of feeling stretched too thin and the fear that you’re somehow getting it wrong. You’re not failing your kid. You’re here, and that’s what matters.
My approach is warm but direct, grounded in evidence-based practice and genuine connection. I meet kids where they are… not where we think they should be. I work alongside parents as partners, not critics. Because you know your child better than anyone. My job is to help you find each other again.
I also have a passion of working with women of all ages who are navigating careers, life, the world we live in and all of the complexities in between. I provide a judgement free, open space to live your truth and get answers to those questions that keep you up at night.
If any of this resonates, I’d love to connect.
Hi, I’m Josh Burke, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing therapy across, Colorado, New York and Vermont. I’ve spent over 12 years working with individuals navigating a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, and major life transitions.
I understand that reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable. Because of that, I place a strong emphasis on building a genuine, trusting relationship from the start—one where you feel supported, understood, and able to be honest about what you’re going through.
My approach is both relational and goal-oriented. I primarily use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), which means we won’t just talk about what’s wrong—we’ll also focus on what matters to you and how to move toward it in practical, meaningful ways.
Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or navigating a significant transition, our work will center on helping you better understand your experience, develop new ways of responding to stress, and take steps toward the life you want to live. I tailor therapy to each person, recognizing that no two paths forward look the same.
I believe change is possible—even when things feel difficult—and I aim to walk alongside you in a way that feels collaborative, grounded, and forward-moving.
In my practice, I believe that the most profound healing happens when you feel truly seen and understood without judgment. I work with individuals who feel like they are constantly navigating a world that wasn't built for them; whether that’s due to the weight of past trauma, the daily "static" of ADHD, or the heavy, cycling exhaustion of anxiety and depression.
In addition to a Forensic Mental Health Counseling background, I am also a certified clinical trauma professional, Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist, and an ADHD-certified clinical services provider. I whole-heartedly believe in meeting people where they are and adjusting to their needs in the current moment. From building coping mechanisms to understanding your own patterns better, I'm here.
I am pretty low key and easy going. Try to make clients as comfortable as possible. Sensitive to the fact that telling private information to a complete stranger can be nerve wracking. Love using humor as the nature of therapy can become very serious! We will develop treatment goals, things that the client wants to achieve in therapy for themselves.

Hello, my name is Ricardo Guzman, LCSW. I identify as openly gay and was born in Honduras, but have also lived in Hong Kong, China; St. Paul, MN; and New York City. What inspired me to become a therapist were my own struggles with Coming-out of the closet, experiencing anxiety and depression, having my first heartbreak, as well as dealing with addiction (I am Sober), so I've been there myself. Therapy has helped me find healing in my own life and I know it can do the same to you. I will help you get back to self-love and acceptance.
Growing up in a culturally-diverse, inner-city community, I experienced challenges with my multifaceted identity as a woman of color in a conservative-centric Christian household. Feeling like I didn’t belong, I doubted my potential and struggled with low self-esteem throughout my early years. Fitting in socially was challenging and as I sought support to address my concerns, connecting and trusting a therapist was difficult, as I longed to have someone understand and empathize with my background. In my journey of self-acceptance, I realized that it is my diversity and faith that make me strong and resilient. I learned to trust in myself and my Christianity by embracing my culture, language, ethnicity, and spirituality. I was very fortunate to find therapeutic support that helped empower me to understand that my heritage, traditions, and faith were important aspects of my identity. Through this experience, I became passionate about helping others find support and empowerment.

Hi, I’m Melana—a therapist and single mother by choice. I understand the emotional complexity of family building, especially when it doesn’t follow the traditional path. I hold space for the full range of your experience with compassion and clinical care.
For 14 years, I supported youth and young adults with diverse diagnoses. I work with individuals, couples, and families who are ready to explore what’s not working—and start making changes they’re proud of. My approach is grounded, compassionate, and practical. I use evidence-based methods like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused techniques, and strength-based strategies to help you gain clarity and momentum. Meanwhile, my personal journey through fertility, family building, and parenting broadened my empathy—allowing me to be fully present with clients through their most difficult moments.
If you’re ready to design a life with more joy, peace, and meaningful relationships, I’d be honored to walk with you. Let’s figure it out—together.

My approach is bilingual and deeply rooted in client-centered care, ensuring that you remain the architect of your own healing. Together, we will build the self-compassion and inner strength needed for you to make autonomous, confident decisions for your future."
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s degree from Fordham University. I provide evidence-based psychotherapy to adults and young adults experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. Drawing on experience across legal, educational, and medical settings, I offer culturally responsive care in both English and Russian. My work is focused on helping clients gain insight, develop effective coping skills, strengthen resilience, and improve overall functioning and quality of life.
