New to Grow
I work with those navigating stress, trauma, and relationship challenges. Using attachment-focused therapy, humanistic approaches, psychodynamic therapy, CBT, IFS, and somatic techniques, I help you process trauma, understand patterns, and build resilience. I take a compassionate, client-centered approach, focusing on your unique goals, needs, and experiences, and supporting you in feeling safer, more connected to yourself, and empowered to create meaningful and lasting change in your life.
In our first session, we’ll meet at a comfortable, slower pace so you can share what brought you to therapy. I’ll listen and ask questions to understand your experiences, needs, and goals. This session is a chance to get to know each other, feel heard, and start thinking about the ways therapy can support your growth and healing.
I provide a compassionate space where you can feel truly heard, seen, and understood. In our work together, we focus on your needs and the tools that feel right for you, so you can feel comfortable exploring and moving toward your goals and personal growth.
You may be feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected in your life or relationships. In our work together, you’ll have space to explore your inner world, uncover patterns, and connect with yourself on a deeper level. If you’re seeking not just healing but also insight, meaning, and a greater sense of inner harmony, this approach can support your journey.
Through an attachment-focused approach, I help clients recognize and understand the relational patterns that show up in their lives, so they can make sense of their experiences and begin to create new ways of connecting.
I use CBT to help clients gain insight into the patterns that shape their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we look at the connections between thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and core beliefs, exploring how these patterns developed and how they affect daily life. I also integrate mindfulness, self-compassion, and skills for emotional regulation, so clients not only challenge old patterns but also build tools for resilience, confidence, and long-term change.
I use IFS to work with clients’ protector and burdened parts, helping them develop a compassionate relationship with themselves and move toward internal harmony. This approach is especially helpful for processing trauma, as it allows clients to gently access and heal parts that have been affected by past experiences. By building awareness and compassion for these internal parts, clients can strengthen their sense of self, resolve internal conflicts, and create more balance in their relationships and daily life.
Using somatic techniques, including tracking, guided imagery, and tapping, I help you tune into your body and notice where stress, tension, or emotions are held. By paying attention to these sensations, you can safely release tension, feel more grounded, and build a deeper connection within yourself.
I provide trauma-focused therapy to support clients who have experienced abuse, neglect, or other stressful life events. Using a blend of approaches including eye Spots, eye movement techniques, somatic work, and compassion-focused strategies, I help you process and make sense of difficult experiences in a way that feels safe and manageable. The work is guided by your pace and comfort, with a focus on building safety, resilience, and self-compassion as you navigate healing and recovery.
