Hi! I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor providing therapy to clients in New York. I’m passionate about helping people make sense of their experiences, strengthen their emotional wellbeing, and build lives that feel aligned, grounded, and meaningful in everyday life. My style is warm, relational, and collaborative, as I meet you exactly where you are and walk with you from there.
In our first session, you can expect a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can talk openly about what’s been going on. I’ll guide the conversation with curiosity and care as we’ll start with an overview of what brought you to therapy, explore your current challenges, and collaboratively identify your goals. My priority is creating safety, clarity, and a pace that feels comfortable for you.
My greatest strengths lie in my ability to create a calm, affirming environment and help people feel understood and grounded. I draw from evidence-based approaches, but my work is always personalized and I focus on what feels most helpful for you. Clients often share that they appreciate my balanced use of warmth, empathy, and honest guidance. Whether we're unpacking anxiety, navigating relationships, or rebuilding confidence, I aim to help you gain insight, feel less alone, and move toward a life that feels more peaceful and fulfilling.
I work best with clients who are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, or disconnected from themselves or others. Many of my clients are navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, self-esteem concerns, or a sense of uncertainty about their next steps. I especially enjoy supporting individuals who are ready to understand their patterns more deeply, heal old wounds, and develop healthier ways of coping, connecting, and caring for themselves.
