I am Danelle King, MSW, LCSW, and for over 30 years I have been dedicated to walking alongside individuals and couples and families as they navigate life’s challenges. With a natural gift for nurturing and support, I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where my clients can be open and honest without fear of criticism. I believe that healing begins with honesty, and I am gentle in my approach, offering genuine feedback and personalized guidance tailored to each person’s unique circumstances. My work is focused on helping clients address problematic behaviors, process traumatic experiences, and manage specific mental health diagnoses. I draw not only on professional expertise, but also on my personal experiences of resilience and connection. As a wife and mother to nine wonderful children—three of whom joined our family through adoption from foster care—I understand the complexities of family dynamics, love, and healing. My love for animals also enriches my life and reminds me daily of the importance of joy, balance, and unconditional care. Faith plays a central role in both my personal life and my work as a therapist. I believe that spirituality can be a powerful source of strength, hope, and renewal. I often integrate faith into therapy, helping them draw on their beliefs as a foundation for healing and growth. I see faith as a guidepost for resilience, compassion, and purpose, and I consider it a privilege to incorporate these values into the therapeutic journey.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have 5 years of experience as a School Social Worker. I graduated from Indiana University Northwest in 2021 with my master's degree. I am a therapist who believes people are stronger than they give themselves credit for. My passion is helping you find your strength and strategies to meet your goals. I keep things warm, supportive, and will never make you feel judged for what you bring to me. I am here to support you and help you navigate to where you want to be. Outside of work, I run a small farm with pigs, goats, chickens, dogs, cats, and a garden, so my life involves a fair amount of dirt and a lot of animals with strong opinions. I also love to fish, do woodwork, cook from scratch, and make soy candles. Being in nature is how I reset, and I am happy to talk about what helps you reset too.

Let's reduce feelings of overwhelm, together. I am a Doctor of Social Work, trauma specialized, and clinically licensed in DC, VA, SC, RI and IN as a social worker and substance use disorder therapist serving children, teens, and adults (mandated and non-mandated). We can focus on anger, feelings of hopelessness, overwhelm, panic, grief, always thinking, people pleasing, holding guilt and shame, inability to focus, nightmares, and so many other thoughts, feelings, experiences, and emotions that result from the environment around us. We can really lean into substance use and the agonizing cycle of it all. I am nationally certified in TF-CBT (ages 3-18), and CPT and PE trained for adults with PTSD. Additionally, you can receive mindfulness-based, somatic integration, and a holistic lens to examine your needs via my 11 years’ experience and an additional master's in integrative health coaching plus 20 years’ experience in therapeutic design, so we can look together at social and environmental problem and solution spaces based upon your needs. I've also worked for several years in urban public school systems, so can help students, caregivers, and educators navigating school-based stress. I am culturally humble and honor intersectionality. Thank YOU for reading about how we can partner to increase your feelings of hope and wellness.

Stop. Unclench your jaw. Relax your shoulders. Breath. My practice is focused on decreasing negative mental health symptoms through a mind and body approach. My work relies on mindfulness and somatic practices that support clients of all ages. Mindfulness as a practice with children and adults supports emotional regulation and decreases anxiety. The intervention serves as a means to decrease impulsive behavior and reduce stress and anxiety. For children and adults with ADHD the practice can be effective in increasing attention and focus through the use of the senses, movement, and breath. Somatic practices can relieve symptoms caused by trauma and PTSD symptoms and anxiety and stress reduction. These interventions support emotional regulation and depressive symptoms by restoring movement and breath flow.

I am Becky Hunt, and I have had my LCSW for the past 7 years. I have been practicing for 13 years, 6 of those in community mental health and 7 of those in my own private practice. I feel as if becoming a therapist is a calling for me. Having grown up with significant anxiety symptoms, an OCD diagnosis, and some painful eating-disorder issues have created in me an overwhelming desire to help others navigate through this tough world. I am not unfamiliar with conflict and how uncomfortable it can be for some and have found ways to be bold and assertive despite the discomfort and pain. I have a faith that helps me gain insight and perspective on a daily basis and love helping others with some of the same principals and beliefs that strengthen me. I also like to laugh, when I can, about the absurdities of life; I believe is humor is an often overlooked coping skill.

Having worked in myriad settings already since getting my LSW in 2018, and having been in helping professions since age 19, the reason I still love this line of work is due to the change one can bring to people's Worlds, in a way they may have never thought possible. Families today are under a great deal of pressure, and many parents and children feel overwhelmed as a result. When stress builds over time, relationships can suffer—especially within families. I believe understanding these patterns is one of the most important steps toward meaningful change. I bring over 38 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. I offer a supportive, strength-based space where people can slow down, make sense of what’s happening, and begin to move forward with greater clarity and confidence. I work with ADHD, anxiety, depression, school-related concerns, divorce, and family relationship challenges. My approach is thoughtful and direct while remaining respectful and collaborative. I view children’s struggles within the context of their families and believe lasting change happens when caregivers are actively involved and supported.

Hi there, I'm Betty. Are you struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, or major life changes? Maybe you're experiencing a lack of healthy boundaries in relationships or aren't living the life you were meant to lead. Whatever your needs, I am an experienced licensed mental health counselor who works with those struggling with relationship issues, grief, trauma, mood disorders, boundaries, anxiety, depression, daily life struggles etc. Therapy is a process of growth and self-discovery. Transformation and healing are obtained by developing a positive outlook and the adoption of new attitudes and responses. My purpose as a therapist is to help you along the path to a functional and fulfilling life. Whether the obstacles to achieving this goal are habits and behaviors you want to change, relationship issues, or present and past traumas. We will work together to develop a comprehensive plan to alleviate or minimize stressors and struggles. The goal is to move in positive directions while establishing healthy coping skills. There are many reasons that a person may seek counseling. Facing hardships in life can be very difficult, especially when trying to navigate them alone. Letting others into our pain and circumstances can be scary. It can also be a time for immense growth. Therapy can provide both support and hope as you work towards a greater sense of wholeness and healing. I enjoy helping people gain a greater sense of identity and purpose through a creative, emotionally focused, and experiential approach to therapy. Whether dealing with overwhelm, relationship issues or cycles of anxiety and depression, I'm here to help. Seeking therapy can feel scary but you're making the right choice. You deserve a safe space to heal and grow. I'll meet you with compassion and evidence-based techniques so you can overcome any challenges and barriers holding you back.

I am an LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) with experience in working with adults and children from in-patient as well as out-patient settings. I have worked with teenagers and young children for over 12 years. I specialize in working with children with trauma, anxiety, and depression. I have a heart for working with kids and teens with traumatic experiences. My passion began while I was still in high school and wanted to be a teacher. I worked in various daycare facilities as well as having my own in-home daycare and decided I wanted to help kids (and adults) in a more in-depth manner. That is when I began my journey into social work and found my true calling in life. I have experience working with children and adolescents who have been through, or are currently in, the child welfare system as well as working with older teens with substance abuse/misuse issues.

Hola! I’m a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with more than a decade of experience in mental health, behavioral health, and non-profit work. I grew up in Los Angeles, completed my Master of Social Work at Fordham University in the Bronx, and now call Ocala, Florida home. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals and families across the lifespan, each with their own unique stories and needs. My work is guided by an integrative approach, meaning I draw from a variety of therapeutic methods to find what fits best for you. I’ve worked extensively with family systems, intergenerational trauma, parents and children facing behavioral challenges, neurodivergent individuals, women navigating life transitions, and people seeking to better understand themselves and the patterns that may be causing distress, mood difficulties, anxiety, or OCD. Some of my specialties include helping young adults transition into life after high school, supporting parents and partners as they navigate family life, and walking alongside Latina women who are balancing relationships, cultural expectations, independence, and self-care. I believe deeply that every person’s journey is unique. That’s why I focus on meeting you exactly where you are, empowering you to uncover strengths, solutions, and coping strategies that work for your life. While I am trained in CBT and DBT, I see these as tools within a broader, collaborative process. At the heart of my practice is client-centered care — because there is no single path to healing that fits everyone. Together, we’ll create a treatment plan that honors your voice, builds on your resilience, and empowers you to move toward the life you want to live.

Licensed Psychotherapist | Culturally Sensitive | Trauma-Informed Welcome, I’m Nubia. Healing doesn’t happen overnight — but with the right support, it absolutely happens. Whether you're working through trauma, betrayal, anxiety, divorce, or simply feeling emotionally stuck, I’m here to help you move forward with clarity, strength, and care. I work with adults navigating life transitions, stress, or emotional wounds that have been hard to process alone. Many of my clients come to me feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or unsure of how to break free from patterns that no longer serve them. Together, we explore the deeper “why” behind those patterns — and create space for healing, resilience, and growth. My approach is grounded in evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). These methods help us understand how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected — and how to gently shift the beliefs that keep you feeling stuck. But beyond technique, I lead with authenticity, compassion, and cultural awareness. In our sessions, you’ll find a space that feels safe, honest, and judgment-free. Whether this is your first time in therapy or you’re returning to it, you are welcome exactly as you are. Clients often tell me they feel more centered, more empowered, and more hopeful after working together. I offer flexible scheduling, including evenings and virtual sessions, because healing should fit into real life. If you’re ready to begin your journey — whether you’re clear on your goals or still figuring them out — I’d be honored to support you. Let’s take the first step, together. in my years of experience, I have worked with a multitude of various clients coming from diverse ethnicities. I have extensive experience in working with high conflict, divorce cases involving children along with helping couples navigate through marital issues in marital counseling. This work has enabled me to work with kids as young as four years of age. I particularly love working with teenagers and have had much success building rapport with them aiding in their recovery from whatever issues they are presenting with. I have studied many treatment modalities, including Adlerian, gestalt, reality therapy, CBT just to name a few I find it taking a creative individualized approach to each client helps them reach their goals quicker than a cookie cutter approach to therapy. Each person is unique in their issues and should be treated as such. I have been in private practice since 1994 and have worked extensively with the court systems with substance abuse clients. My work as an EAP has enabled me to address various issues extensively such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, various traumas, spiritual issues, and addictions. As part of treatment plans, I can also conduct family sessions that can aid in someone’s recovery.

Creating a space where you can find what works best for you in your journey. Focusing on strengths helps individuals recognize their own resilience and capabilities, which is vital for growth. By tailoring my approach to each person's unique situation, I honor their individuality and foster a deeper sense of self-understanding and agency. People often thrive when they feel heard and supported in a way that aligns with their own needs and goals, rather than being pushed into a redefined mold.

I strive to create a safe and welcoming environment that allows clients to explore obstacles with concerns related to anxiety, depression, and/or self-care. I focus on helping clients develop assertive communication & boundaries with themselves and those around them that can help improve their quality of life and personal development. We'll work through your patterns in managing daily life, relationships or work situations, and I'll help you and/or your partner grow together with new communication methods. Together, we will identify your challenges and goals - where you want your life to be a month, six months, a year from now. Then, we'll identify options and strategies you can use to get there. You'll leave the session with a better understanding of what you're facing with an "actions I can take right now" approach. There will always be room for suggestions concerning our work together, including keeping each other accountable. The specialty filter is optional. You don’t need to check any boxes to see a provider. However, fit is very important when selecting an online therapist. If you have knowledge or experience to recognize what specialties you may need.

Finding a provider with a similar life experience can be beneficial because it can be easier to establish rapport and potentially be understood quicker and clearer.

Your first therapy session is for you and your therapist to meet each other and to ask any questions that you have about the counseling process. This is where you can expect your therapist to do the same as they will ask questions to gain insight into your specific situation. In this first session the therapist is doing their part to gather as much information so they can better assess if they are able to meet your therapeutic needs. Depending upon your provider's specialty, you may also discuss the methods the therapist will use. For additional information on therapy methods, please visit the Grow Therapy Help Center. Some people feel nervous before their first appointment, and that is totally normal! Coming prepared with a list of questions for your therapist may help. Remember, you're taking a brave step by seeking therapy, and it is okay to be nervous as you try something new.
