Hi, I’m Aaron Saez, a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals and families through life’s challenges. I specialize in evidence-based therapy, crisis intervention, and grief counseling, and have worked in a range of settings including private practice, hospitals, and community organizations. I’m committed to providing compassionate, culturally responsive care that centers your safety, growth, and well-being.
In our first session, we’ll focus on understanding what’s bringing you in right now and where you’d like to see change in the short term. I don’t ask clients to do a deep dive into their past right away — instead, we start with the present: What’s working, what’s not, and what you hope to feel or experience differently. As we explore your current challenges, we may begin to uncover patterns from the past that can help make sense of what’s going on. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to move forward.
One of my greatest strengths as a therapist is the life experience I bring to the work. As a late-in-life student, I’ve walked through many of the same real-world challenges my clients face, which helps me connect with empathy and without judgment. I also don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy — I’m not locked into a single modality. Instead, I tailor my methods to meet each person where they are, drawing from a range of evidence-based practices to support their unique goals, pace, and values. My focus is always on what works best for you.
I’m best positioned to support individuals, couples, and families navigating emotional distress, life transitions, grief, and interpersonal conflict. Many of my clients are dealing with stress, communication challenges, or unresolved issues that impact their relationships and well-being. I specialize in conflict resolution and work effectively with youth, adolescents, and adults who are open to honest dialogue and ready to build healthier patterns. Whether you’re feeling stuck, in crisis, or simply seeking a more grounded way forward, I offer a safe, supportive space to help you move toward healing and connection.

Super great first session and excited for the next! Felt like I was able to open up to Aaron more than maybe other providers in the past, he was very understanding and down to earth.

Aaron has great advice about what I'm dealing with, and going through. Appreciate Arron working with me during this difficult time with my children.
