My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a form of psychotherapy that helps individuals identify and change negative thought patterns and behaviors. It is commonly used to treat a variety of mental health issues, including depression and anxiety.

Faith based therapy

Faith-based therapy integrates spiritual or religious beliefs into the therapeutic process to help individuals find meaning, cope with challenges, and promote healing. It often combines traditional psychological techniques with spiritual guidance and practices.
