*I do not work with children under age 12 or adults over the age of 29. * Hi there! I’m Stephanie! I’m passionate about creating a warm, supportive, and judgment-free space where clients feel comfortable being themselves, sharing what they’re experiencing, and working toward meaningful change. I primarily work with teens and young adults who are navigating anxiety, academic stress, sports performance, peer relationships, family dynamics, self-esteem, motivation, and the many transitions that come with growing into adulthood. I believe therapy should feel collaborative and personalized; not like a one-size-fits-all approach. My goal is to meet each client where they are while helping them better understand themselves, build confidence, develop practical coping skills, and feel more capable of handling life’s challenges. I use a combination of CBT, solution-focused, person-centered, and motivational interviewing approaches based on each client’s unique needs and goals. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply ready for something to change, you don’t have to figure it all out alone. I’m here to help you take that next step.

Stop. Unclench your jaw. Relax your shoulders. Breath. My practice is focused on decreasing negative mental health symptoms through a mind and body approach. My work relies on mindfulness and somatic practices that support clients of all ages. Mindfulness as a practice with children and adults supports emotional regulation and decreases anxiety. The intervention serves as a means to decrease impulsive behavior and reduce stress and anxiety. For children and adults with ADHD the practice can be effective in increasing attention and focus through the use of the senses, movement, and breath. Somatic practices can relieve symptoms caused by trauma and PTSD symptoms and anxiety and stress reduction. These interventions support emotional regulation and depressive symptoms by restoring movement and breath flow.

Do you often feel overwhelmed with life? Or do you feel that something from your past is keeping you stuck? I can help with anxiety, depression, past trauma, negative self talk, relationship issues and more. I have found great success with walking along side the people I work with to help them move from where they are to where they want to be…wherever that might be! I’m nonjudgmental and accepting of all walks of life- LGBTQIA+ individuals are welcome. I didn’t get into therapy to “fix” people, I use my practice to guide and help find new ways of doing or looking at things. I love being able to track the progress my clients make when they utilize the skills we’ve talked about in session. I use a mix of Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for most cases. For those suffering from PTSD, I use my Certified Clinical Trauma Professional training which includes somatic (body) work along with narrative work, all of which is grounded in the neuroscience of trauma. I have my Perinatal Mental Health Certificate as well, meaning I am aptly trained to help with anyone transitioning into new parenthood. I’m not overly concerned with labels and diagnoses, I’m just here to help you make changes to function and feel better day to day. My practice focuses on teletherapy for adults and couples experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, and life transitions. With decades of experience in private practice and clinical settings, I have helped individuals navigate stress, trauma, adjustment challenges, and difficult seasons of life. This experience has given me a grounded understanding of the many ways people can feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck. Clients often tell me they appreciate that I am engaged, honest, and collaborative. I believe therapy should feel both safe and purposeful. Together, we'll identify the patterns keeping you stuck and work toward greater emotional clarity, resilience, and well-being. Whether you're seeking therapy for the first time or returning with specific goals, I strive to create a warm, supportive space where you feel understood, respected, and empowered to make meaningful changes. My goal is to help you feel more confident in yourself, your relationships, and your ability to handle life's challenges. If you're ready for things to feel different—to feel calmer, more connected, and more like yourself again—I invite you to schedule a consultation. Reaching out can be the first step toward feeling more hopeful, supported, and in control of your life.

I am Becky Hunt, and I have had my LCSW for the past 7 years. I have been practicing for 13 years, 6 of those in community mental health and 7 of those in my own private practice. I feel as if becoming a therapist is a calling for me. Having grown up with significant anxiety symptoms, an OCD diagnosis, and some painful eating-disorder issues have created in me an overwhelming desire to help others navigate through this tough world. I am not unfamiliar with conflict and how uncomfortable it can be for some and have found ways to be bold and assertive despite the discomfort and pain. I have a faith that helps me gain insight and perspective on a daily basis and love helping others with some of the same principals and beliefs that strengthen me. I also like to laugh, when I can, about the absurdities of life; I believe is humor is an often overlooked coping skill.

Hello! I am Cassie and am an LCSW and LCAC in Indiana. I feel it is an honor to work with individuals to find what they are seeking in coming to therapy. I find that therapy is intimidating to a lot of people and strive to make people feel comfortable in their therapy journey. I have been practicing for approximately 15 years and continue to love serving others whom I have the pleasure to work with.

Hi, I'm a regular gal, with adult kids & have been working in this field since 1990. I will never say I have 'seen it all', as I haven't. I have a pretty good sense of humor, along with a quiet side. Therapy is a place to look inward, to figure it out. I will walk along side of you as needed to do this.

Yes! If you use EAP:UnitedHealthcare/Optum you’ll be asked to verify your Member ID at the time you book the appointment. However, if you don’t have EAP:UnitedHealthcare/Optum you can select cash. Our therapists will have their cost of appointment on their profile. Individual session costs will vary.

The specialty filter is optional. You don’t need to check any boxes to see a provider. However, fit is very important when selecting an online therapist. If you have knowledge or experience to recognize what specialties you may need.

Finding a provider with a similar life experience can be beneficial because it can be easier to establish rapport and potentially be understood quicker and clearer.

Your first therapy session is for you and your therapist to meet each other and to ask any questions that you have about the counseling process. This is where you can expect your therapist to do the same as they will ask questions to gain insight into your specific situation. In this first session the therapist is doing their part to gather as much information so they can better assess if they are able to meet your therapeutic needs. Depending upon your provider's specialty, you may also discuss the methods the therapist will use. For additional information on therapy methods, please visit the Grow Therapy Help Center. Some people feel nervous before their first appointment, and that is totally normal! Coming prepared with a list of questions for your therapist may help. Remember, you're taking a brave step by seeking therapy, and it is okay to be nervous as you try something new.
