I am a licensed clinical psychologist who enjoys supporting adults in navigating life’s challenges and finding ways to feel more balanced and confident. I work with people from a variety of backgrounds and experiences, offering therapy in a telehealth format. My goal is to help clients build practical skills, gain insight into their patterns, and create meaningful change in their daily lives.
In our first session, we will focus on understanding your goals for therapy and what brought you here. We will talk about your current challenges, explore any patterns or habits that may be contributing to stress, and begin identifying strategies to help you feel more in control and supported. The first session is a safe and collaborative space to share your experiences and start mapping out a path forward that feels right for you.

I combine evidence-based techniques with a flexible, individualized approach so that therapy fits your unique needs. I work best with adults who are looking to manage depression, stress, anxiety, or life transitions and want a supportive space to explore their thoughts and emotions. I especially enjoy helping people strengthen resilience, improve relationships, and develop practical tools to navigate the ups and downs of life.
