Hello I hope all is well but if not I'm definitely here to lend my services to help. My name is Christian I believe the therapeutic alliance with my clients is very important component of the treatment process. I work alongside my clients to help them through life difficulties such as major life changes, anxiety, family trauma, and depression. I love to assess what is helping and not helping my clients, then find unique clinical interventions that make real positive change.
Small positive changes can lead to big changes. I'm an eclectic when it comes to using different therapy modalities. I like to use therapeutic games at times to foster a safe place for my clients to talk about the root of the issues at hand.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 14 years of experience in counseling and direct case management. Most of my career has been spent with children and families in the midst of homelessness, foster care, and/or adoption, so I am no stranger to walking alongside others in their lowest valleys and on their highest mountains. I have also worked with many adults and couples as they navigate depression, grief and loss, anxiety, and relationship issues. With a background in psychology and a continued interest in the way that our brains impact our lives, I work with each unique client to untangle the white noise in their mind and achieve their goals.

Hi, I'm Lauren, and I am a licensed counselor in GA and NV. As a mental health counselor, I believe in meeting you exactly where you are—with compassion, curiosity, and without judgment. Whether you're facing anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, or simply feeling overwhelmed, you don’t have to navigate it alone. My approach is collaborative and tailored to your unique needs. I draw from evidence-based practices, but more importantly, I take time to truly understand your story, your strengths, and what healing looks like for you.
Outside of my work, I love spending time with my husband and kids, whether we're traveling together or just enjoying a quiet evening at home. I also enjoy baking and planning our next family vacation.
Together, we'll work toward building more balance, clarity, and resilience in your life—at your own pace, and in a way that feels meaningful to you.
I practice by a simple model: words are only soothing to the ear but my acts of tenderness and kindness act as a beacon to guide you through your turbulent times. This simple phrase means I can offer words of encouragement but it is my actions that make a difference. Please recognize that life can one better or bitter. We can work to build to make life better.

My particular interest in counseling stems from my desire and ability to see the good potential in people. I appreciate and respect a person’s resilience and optimism to seek help in counseling. Resilience requires persistence, so counseling is a good opportunity for people to reflect on their past experiences and explore their feelings and values. Clients place a great deal of vulnerability and responsibility in seeking help from professional counselors.
