Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

The Initial session is getting to know each other and making sure that we vibe with each other. Trust is a must; without it the therapeutic relationship is a bust. I listen and do not judge.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I bring an array of training and experience to my work: DBT, CBT, mindfulness, meditations, family systems & couples counseling. An unconventional therapist, nature is my favorite setting; utilizes humor and creativity in sessions, these elements can be very instrumental in the healing process. Feeling safe leads to a more therapeutic experience.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My goal is to help individuals and couples recognize and value what's special in themselves, and empower them to make decisions for their own life journeys. Self-awareness and self-acceptance are the main ingredients in navigating the narratives to help clients out of the stuck moments in life. Growing to know yourself and being comfortable with you is one of the best state of being. Dealing with a current situation or want to address a longstanding issue, I can help. This therapy offers a unique space where together, we work to identify, understand and resolve life's difficulties.

It was just our first session. But there was a sense of being home. She made you feel very comfortable to share. And she has a good sense of humor.
