Congratulations on taking the first step toward enhancing your overall well-being! Starting therapy can stir up a mix of emotions—empowerment, uncertainty, even fear—but choosing to begin this journey is a truly courageous decision. I believe true growth comes from building meaningful connections, finding purpose in life, and letting go of unhealthy thought patterns. My approach to therapy is rooted in the idea that recognizing your inherent worth and value is essential for personal growth. I aim to provide a safe, supportive space where you can explore your challenges and uncover the inner strength needed to overcome them.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, I'll begin with getting to know you, and then we'll explore the challenges you're currently facing. This conversation will allow me to understand your unique needs and start developing a personalized plan to guide our future sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I bring a deep sense of empathy, compassion, and cultural awareness to my practice. These strengths allow me to connect with my clients on a meaningful level, helping them feel understood and supported. What makes me unique is my holistic approach to therapy, which integrates traditional therapeutic techniques with a recognition of the importance of spirituality in personal growth. I believe that true healing comes from addressing the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—and I strive to create a space where clients can explore all aspects of their identity.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

If you're ready to share and grow, I'm here to support you every step of the way.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) in my practice because it’s not only one of the most effective approaches out there but also something that’s been deeply helpful in my own healing journey. I work with clients using CBT to help untangle the connection between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. What I love most about CBT is how practical and collaborative it is. It’s not a one-size-fits-all process, and I’m here to guide and support you every step of the way. If you’re ready to explore, learn, and grow, I’d be honored to walk alongside you on this journey. Let’s work together to create the change you’re looking for!

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

In addition to CBT, I also have experience with Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), a powerful and practical approach that helps clients manage intense emotions, build healthier relationships, and navigate life’s challenges with greater ease. DBT focuses on four key areas: mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness. In our sessions, we’ll explore these skills together, breaking them down in a way that makes sense for your life. Whether it’s learning to pause and ground yourself during overwhelming moments, managing stress more effectively, or finding new ways to connect with others, DBT offers tools to help you not just survive but truly thrive. What I love most about DBT is how it balances acceptance with change. It’s about learning to be kinder to yourself while also taking steps toward a life that feels meaningful and balanced. We’ll work together to practice and apply these skills in real and tangible ways!!

Faith based therapy

As someone who values faith in my own life, I bring a unique perspective to therapy by integrating behavioral therapy with your spiritual beliefs. Faith-based therapy allows me to explore how your faith can become a powerful part of your healing and growth journey. Together, we’ll work on addressing your mental and emotional health while staying grounded in the spiritual values that matter most to you. What I love about this approach is that it goes beyond just managing symptoms—it’s about helping you find a deeper sense of purpose and connection in your life.
