New to Grow
I am a licensed professional counselor who offers a holistic approach to psychological wellness. I have worked with individuals, couples, and families (including blended families) and facilitated groups on various topics to promote and support mental health. If you are not where you know you should be in life, I look forward to working with you to begin your journey towards spiritual, mental and emotional wellness and lifelong fulfillment.
In my approach to therapy, I want to create a space where you can feel heard and supported every step of the way. Together, we’ll explore ways to move forward that feel right for you. This is a safe, non-judgemental, and confidential space. We will go at your pace and timing.
I am a firm believer in making a strong connection in order to do the deep work that is necessary to experience change. During our time working together, you can expect full engagement and interaction during our conversations. My hope is that you will feel at home with the freedom to be your authentic self. Conversations will never be one sided. It will always be a give and take in an effort to move you forward on the path to healing.
As part of my professional training as a Marriage and Family Therapist, I hold specializations in Spirituality & Counseling, Addictions and Christian Sex Therapy. I offer a holistic approach to psychological wellness. As a result of previous personal and professional phases of life, I am uniquely qualified to assist clients that are experiencing change of life challenges in a number of areas.
