New to Grow
Hi, I’m Kaylee—and I help overwhelmed individuals find clarity, break limiting patterns, and build the confidence to create meaningful, lasting change. With my master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University, I specialize in transforming your biggest challenges into your greatest strengths. My passion is guiding clients from feeling stuck to feeling empowered and equipped for whatever life brings.
In our first session, expect to feel heard and understood right from the start. We’ll explore what brought you to therapy and what you’re hoping to achieve. I’ll help you identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck and begin mapping out a personalized path forward. You’ll leave with clarity about your goals, hope for your journey ahead, and practical tools you can start using immediately. Most importantly, you’ll know you have a skilled, supportive partner in your corner.
My greatest strength is meeting you exactly where you are while helping you see possibilities you might have missed. I blend proven approaches like ACT, CBT, mindfulness, and narrative therapy (plus Christian counseling when appropriate) to create a completely personalized experience. Clients consistently tell me they appreciate my ability to make complex concepts feel simple and actionable, and how I help them build unshakeable resilience that carries them through life’s toughest moments long after our sessions end.
I’m best positioned to serve individuals who are ready to break free from what’s been holding them back. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety that feels overwhelming, navigating ADHD challenges, working through trauma, managing stress, exploring spirituality, or facing major life transitions, you’re in the right place. My ideal clients are those who want more than just coping—they’re ready to create real, lasting transformation and discover strengths they never knew they had.
I have training in Christian Counseling from Liberty University for clients who wish to integrate their faith into the healing process. For those who find strength in spirituality, I offer a space where faith and mental health can come together in a meaningful way, always honoring your personal beliefs and comfort level.
I’ve completed trainings in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), a powerful approach that encourages clients to focus on their strengths and values while learning how to accept the things in life that can’t be controlled. Together, we work on creating space for growth, flexibility, and meaningful change.
I draw from attachment-based therapy to help clients understand the impact of early attachment experiences on their current relationships, emotional patterns, and sense of safety. This approach focuses on repairing wounds from the past, developing healthier ways of relating, and building stronger, more secure connections with others.
My experience with narrative therapy focuses on helping clients explore and reframe the stories they carry about themselves, their relationships, and their challenges. I work with clients to separate their identity from their struggles, highlight the resilience and strengths already present in their lives, and begin shaping a new narrative that supports healing, growth, and empowerment
