About me

I’m passionate about helping individuals and families find healing, clarity, and connection through life’s most difficult seasons. My work is grounded in empathy, faith, and a deep respect for each person’s story. I serve youth, adults, and families who are navigating challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, behavioral struggles, grief, family conflict, or identity and faith questions. My goal is to help clients feel seen, supported, and empowered to create lasting change.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, you can expect a warm, welcoming space where we take time to discuss your background, current challenges, and goals. I’ll explain the counseling process, answer questions, and begin building a plan tailored to your needs.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My approach is one of my greatest strength as I use an integrative approach tailored to meet each client's individualized needs. This approach integrates Psychodynamic Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Attachment-Based Therapy, and Christian Counseling (for clients who desire a faith-based perspective). This allows me to address a wholistic aspect of healing—helping you uncover patterns, process pain, and restore balance and hope.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I am best positioned to serve clients who are ready to explore their emotions, patterns, and beliefs—those who may feel “stuck” and want to understand the deeper roots of their pain, rebuild trust in themselves and others, and develop tools for healthier relationships.
