I love Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) because it helps clients to recognize distortions in thinking that are creating problems so they can reevaluate them in the light of reality. I also love Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) which incorporates positive psychology principles and practices, and helps clients change by constructing solutions rather than focusing on the problems.
