Are you feeling stuck, telling yourself that you are going to change, but somehow ending up doing exactly what you promised yourself you wouldn’t do? Do you convince yourself that you are going to move forward and then find that anxiety, hopelessness, harsh self-judgments, or a bad temper take control and push you backwards? Do you find yourself in relationship patterns that leave you feeling cut off from those you long to be close too? If this sounds familiar, you don't have to face this alone. There are reasons you feel this way, and you can discover what those reasons are and how you can change to live a more fulfilling life.
You may feel stuck because the way you are trying to solve your problems is by going back to the same strategies that got you stuck in the first place. It can be confusing seeing yourself stuck in thoughts and behaviors you know don’t work. Often this is because in the moment those strategies appear to be the only sensible choice, even when they aren’t.
If you choose to work with me, together we can explore the ins and outs of that confusion so that you can find your way out of it. Because that can often feel threatening and disorienting, I will be patient and give you the space and safety needed to do this work at your own pace. Be that fast or slow or in-between. I look forward to working with you.
Sandra Pennington, MA, LMHC
Sandra is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with five years of clinical experience supporting individuals and groups. Her diverse professional background — including 14 years in corrections, as well as work in healthcare and public education — has given her a unique perspective and the ability to connect with clients from all walks of life.
Sandra uses Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) along with an eclectic blend of evidence-based approaches to help clients heal, grow, and thrive. She has extensive experience working with children who have experienced severe trauma, as well as adults with developmental delays and mental health conditions such as schizophrenia.
Her years working in the state prison system inspired her passion for helping others navigate life’s most difficult challenges. Today, Sandra serves as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in a Florida public school, where she provides crisis support, facilitates student groups, and teaches mental health education to both students and staff.
My name is Jesse Mozeko, a licensed marriage and family therapist in the state of Florida. I have experience working with preteens, teens, and adults going through a range of presenting problems from life transitions to psychiatric illnesses. I began my career working to help individuals combat effects of high stress environments, reducing malicious effects on physical and psychological health. Since then, I have worked independently and under supervision with more complex issues including survivors of trauma, those living with a mentally ill family member, and other wide reaching conditions such as anxiety, substance use, and depression.
Hi! My name is Jacqueline Lizarazo, and I go by Jackie. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in therapy for individuals, children, and couples, with a focus on grief, depression, anxiety, PTSD, and sexual abuse.
Why Choose Me:
I want you to read the following passages:
On Abuse: “I lived in a glass house into which my mother could look at any time. In a glass house, however, you cannot conceal anything without giving yourself away, except by hiding it under the ground. And then you cannot see it yourself, either.”
On Depression: “Trees aren’t supposed to display fruit; they’re supposed to produce it. As much as I wanted to see results, I knew that I had to wait. The tree had to become healthy and mature before it could produce the fruit, and that takes time.”
If what you read resonates with you, this is the type of therapy I offer. I push, and sometimes might make you cry—not to harm, but for growth. I deeply care about my patients and only want the best for you.
I am not judgmental; I am here to listen and provide feedback. I often ask myself the question: if I were sitting where you are, would I come back? And the answer is yes. I give homework, so don’t expect it to be easy unless we need it to be. I am flexible, and my schedule is pretty open to fit your needs.
We’re going to have days where we just catch up and talk about what happened that week but be prepared to talk about your past. I believe together we can grow into the person you want to be.

I have about 10 years of experience as a psychotherapist. Before becoming a therapist, I worked in business as an efficiencies expert. I have a wide variety of experience from my time in business working in IT and business administration in various markets (from finance to manufacturing).
My decision to become a therapist was based on my need to restart my life more happily and healthily a little over 10 years ago. I take a more existential approach to psychotherapy and utilize other approaches such as CBT and DBT and teach about the brain and how it reacts to stress.

Hi!!! As a licensed mental health counselor, I deeply understand the vital role that trust, and unconditional acceptance play for individuals who have faced the challenges of trauma. Your decision to embark on this journey of healing is commendable—it's a courageous leap toward reclaiming your well-being. Whether you're grappling with unresolved challenges from your past, recent experiences that have been particularly tough, or feelings of disconnection from those around you, I want you to know that you're not alone. Together, we can take the time to understand and address these complexities, allowing you to find healing and a renewed sense of connection.
I earned my master’s degree in Counseling and Psychology from Troy University and have been practicing as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor since 2014. After years of providing in-person therapy, I transitioned to fully virtual care in 2020, offering accessible, private telehealth services to adults across Florida and Vermont.
In my own life, I’ve navigated grief, major transitions, and having had cancer twice. These experiences don’t define my work, but they have shaped a grounded, compassionate approach to therapy. I believe healing happens when people feel safe enough to be honest — without pressure or judgment.
I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic illness, and life transitions. My approach is collaborative and practical. We move at a pace that feels manageable, building insight and coping tools that support real-life change.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed or ready for something to shift, therapy can be a steady place to begin.
The work I do with clients is centered on providing first and foremost, a safe space to be seen and heard. I then provide life tools, education, and promote enhancing qualities that bring meaning and value into my clients’ lives. I have worked with a wide-range of individuals ranging from crisis intervention and stabilization to professional development.

BROKEN CRAYONS STILL COLOR! And I am living proof of that! Trauma, mistakes, bad decisions, regrets....none of it defines who we TRULY are inside. These experiences help us to grow stronger and learn more about ourselves in the long run. Growth and healing is what it's all about.
Hi! I'm Sabrina. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 20 years of working with children, adults, and families. I bring that experience to the therapy room. I have a high emotional intelligence, and I believe that EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION is a SUPERPOWER!!
I'm an advocate for family preservation and women's empowerment. Women play central roles in nurturing families and strengthening communities. However, they can lose themselves while caring for others. I love to help women prioritize their own self-care needs to help them be the best version of themselves when they show up for others. Let me remind you of who you are!
I especially enjoy working with teenagers and helping to bridge the communication gap within the family unit that often shows up as children get older. I am Christian and I have a wealth of experience with African American families and am LGBTQ+ friendly.
I offer a solution focused approach to therapy. Solution-Focused Brief Therapy empowers clients to own their abilities in solving life’s problems and recognize their strengths. Rather than traditional psychotherapy that focuses on how a problem was derived, SFT allows for a goal-oriented focus to problem-solving.
I am available in the late afternoons/evenings, and I am accepting new clients.

Let me guess: You've been thinking about therapy for a while now. Maybe months, maybe years, but something kept stopping you. Too busy, too expensive, "it's not that bad yet," or maybe just the fear of opening up to a stranger who might judge you or not really get it.
Here's what I want you to know: You're already doing the hardest part by being here, you don't need to wait until things get worse, you don't need permission to ask for help, and you definitely don't have to figure this out alone. That's literally what I'm here for.
As a board-certified bilingual therapist (MS, LMHC, LPC, NCC) licensed in Florida, Texas, and New Jersey, veteran, and founder of Time to Talk Therapy, I've spent over 10 years supporting more than 3,000 clients through trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions that once felt impossible. I've worked everywhere from crisis units and corrections facilities to refugee shelters and quiet therapy rooms, supporting people through chronic mental illness, personality disorders, abuse, trauma, ADHD, OCD, addictions, and some of the hardest moments of their lives. Here's what I know for sure: healing doesn't require perfection, it requires honesty and someone who actually gets it. You're not broken, you're dealing with hard things, and you deserve help that feels supportive, not cold, not judgmental, not like one more thing you're supposed to "fix" about yourself.
Every client should feel like they found exactly the right person. If your main concerns involve grief, substance use, divorce, or couples therapy, you will find someone here who is a better fit. For everything else life has thrown your way? I'm right here.
📣Life can get busy, so I offer early-morning/after-hour sessions (6:00AM–10:00PM EST), along with self-pay options ($110) to give you a little more flexibility.
I began my work in the field in 2007 and have been fully licensed since 2017. I consider myself to be an exceptionally empathetic and caring counselor who meets my clients where they're at. I will push my clients to experience emotions and to sit with them in ways they haven't before. However, I do this in a safe manner where we simply expand the limits each time and create safety in each session to fully allow the client to embrace the process. I strive to help my clients make sense of their life and the experiences they've had. I have great respect for each individual's journey and understand there is value in all of us. I strive for all of my clients to feel seen, heard, respected, accepted, and not judged. From the very first session, my clients feel heard through my exceptional empathic listening skills. I ask evocative questions to get to the heart of the matter and to push the client to think more in depth and perhaps even with a different perspective about struggles or experiences that have caused them strife.
I’m a therapist who is passionate about helping individuals of all ages and backgrounds navigate life’s challenges and connect more deeply with their strengths, values, and goals. With years of experience in both mental health and advocacy, I bring a social justice and multicultural lens to my work. I’m committed to creating an inclusive, supportive environment for all clients—regardless of race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity; where you feel seen, respected, and heard.

I am a Marriage Family Therapist, and I have been in practice for over 25 years. The good news is that we all have the ability of changing the patterns we want to change in our lives. It is your own personal story, and you decide on the ending.

There are times in all of our lives when we experience challenging emotional situations. When these situations arrive we can benefit from the support of a person outside of our inner circle. Whether you are struggling with an crisis or change in your life, or even if you are just feeling mildly upset, it can take a toll on your life. Everyone can benefit from psychotherapy. No problem is too minor, severe, or unusual to be explored and healed. I approach my clients with care so that together we can built a plan that will help them achieve their goals.
Life can bring forth challenges at any time, and occasionally, our current lifestyle or routines may not always foster adaptability. Fortunately, learning is a lifelong process, and embracing new perspectives can lead to a more constructive outlook.
As a dedicated practitioner, I am committed to meeting clients where they are. If you are prepared to begin, I am available to assist you. Don't forget to schedule your session!

Hi! I am a dually licensed therapist in both Florida and North Carolina. I began my education later in my adult life, and believed I had arrived late to the game. I believe in using a collaborative approach in helping my clients. I use evidence-based practices, including CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, and Motivational Therapy, as well as Christian Counseling. I am supportive, yet direct with empathy, compassion and help you address the barriers in your life that are causing you pain and distress.

I specialize in Individual, family, and Group Therapy, always focusing on progress toward clear, measurable, and personalized goals. Services are provided both in our office and via telehealth.
My educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling with an active license in the state of Florida. I am also a Ph.D. candidate in the Human Services field. I have practiced psychotherapy for multiple years using empathetic skills, always finding the appropriate angle to build trust with my clients, which is necessary to achieve positive results. Hello, my name is Justine Nyman.
I want to thank you for taking the time to seek support. It is not easy to reach out or even realize that counseling/support is needed. So, I welcome you to therapy.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida. I have 10 years' experience and continue to grow in my therapeutic approaches and my knowledge as a therapist.
I create an environment where the client feels comfortable and open to emotional vulnerability. In order to express ourselves and be open with our struggles we need to feel comfortable in the therapeutic process. I use acceptance with my clients and don't judge them based on their history or their current choices. I want the client to feel that they can start their journey, set goals, use coping skills, and improve their overall well-being.
Counseling is a process and takes time. Some individuals require more time than others and that is okay. I believe in moving with the pace of the client, through setting goals and practicing tools is essential for change. In order to feel change, we need to make changes in our everyday lives. If we don't initiate changes, it becomes a struggle to move forward.
"Practice makes permanent"
I look forward to working with you on your journey of growth, mastery, and success.
Welcome, I’m Sam Moglen, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist providing therapy for individuals throughout California via online sessions. If you’re feeling overwhelmed by grief, anxiety, depression, or relationship challenges, you don’t have to navigate it alone. Therapy can help you feel more grounded, more connected, and more at ease in your daily life. My approach is warm, collaborative, and attuned to your nervous system. I integrate EMDR, somatic therapy, and nervous system-based approaches to help you process difficult experiences and shift patterns that no longer serve you. Rather than just talking about problems, we’ll gently work with both your thoughts and your body’s responses so you can experience lasting change, not just temporary relief.

Hi, my name is Luz, my pronouns are she/her/hers, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). I worked as a teacher for over 15 years before making the journey into a community mental health career. I have experience in mobile crisis response, trauma, forensic mental health concerns.
To explain who I am as a therapist, I reflect back to my role as an educator. In the classroom, there was a movement for the teacher to be less of a “sage on the stage” (teacher-centered approach) and more of a “guide on the side” (student-centered). To me, therapy is a lesson plan for a learning experience. It's a guide to develop what the client needs to learn in order to cope with whatever barriers are showing up in the client's life, whether that barrier is an internal issue, such as self-image, or how to cope with work stress.
My therapeutic perspective is to provide empathetic, non-judgmental, compassionate guidance and support in an atmosphere of respect and safety while allowing clients to be the experts of their lives, much like “a co-pilot, a sous chef, or an assistant manager” of a client-therapist relationship. I use solution-focused elements to help move toward desired goals, cognitive behavioral techniques to challenge unhelpful thoughts, and motivational interviewing to help gain understanding and clarity. Outside of traditional therapy, I enjoy the practices of mindfulness, guided meditation, aromatherapy, and Reiki.
Finding a therapist that's the right fit can be a challenging task, but taking that first step towards a healthier you is worth it. I look forward to working with you to help break down those barriers and make progress in areas that most matter to you.
