Problems are the results of behaviors that didn't work for you in the past. Solutions flow from changes that will work for you starting right now. Solutions make your life better. They bring joy and peace to your life.

There are many ways stress can show up in our lives—sometimes as anxiety, low mood, or feeling stuck. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience, I’m here to help you navigate those challenges. I work with adults helping them to identify what’s holding them back and guide them toward a more fulfilling and balanced life.
Together, we’ll explore how your thoughts and emotions influence your behavior and discover practical tools that fit your unique needs. My goal is to help you shift your inner narrative, overcome obstacles, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
