If you are struggling and experiencing trouble in your intimate relationships, family relationships and/or marriage, looking to increase your understanding of your role and how to function in healthy relationships, or feeling lost after that divorce or break up, finding the right therapist to handle your concerns with genuine care and understanding is critical. Here you will be provided with a safe space to express your deepest concerns and met with real solutions and a better understanding of how to create your desired reality. What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

I specialize in marriage counseling, couples counseling and family therapy in an effort to foster healthy relationships, increase bond, increase communication skills and increase conflict resolution techniques using cognitive behavioral therapy and a person-centered approach.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

As a mental health therapist, my job is to assist you in understanding the behaviors, emotions and ideas that contribute to your pain. I value seeing individuals and families whole and believe that whole individuals and whole families create a better life experience and an overall better world. One of my favorite parts of being a therapist is building relationships with the amazing individuals, couples and families that I serve. A relationship that is built on trust, comfort, empathy and working together to achieve your ultimate goals.
